This entire month we have been dealing with issues with the main line coming in to the house. It was installed improperly by the previous owners. So I dealt with two other companies with horrible customer service and I mean horrible. I was recommended to use Astro plumbing my what a difference. Their receptionist was very polite and helpful. Nick the installer was amazing he explained everything from the complex details to the simplest details. He took 6 hours to complete the job. At the end of the job he had the same smile and attitude as he started with. In this day's a smile goes a long way. Thank you Nick and Astro Pluming.

Phenomenal job by Kevin & Nick! Appreciate their help in installing my new undermount sink & faucet. Funny thing, we talked to many plumbers in Nevada and they were NOT knowledgeable about installing undermount sinks. When we scheduled an appointment with AstroPlumbing, not only did they know how to install undermount sinks, but they also knew & recommended the best products on the market to buy. It's great to see people who value what they do & have the craft do so. Really appreciate their professionalism & help.

I called Astro but was visited by Pirate Plumbing! Nick said they are changing their name. I think they shouldn't because Pirate is a much more Piradical name! Anyway, Nick did a great job and told me about other repairs I needed on my toilet. He wasn't upselling me because these are things I already knew needed to be done. He passed my test! The price was very fair.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. We had a pipe leak in the slab in our home, so this was a major issue that required rerouting the plumbing. The team did a great job, friendly and professional. The price was significantly less than other companies.

I contacted Mike at 11 pm and he responded within minutes. We schedule a time for him to come out and look at my hot water heater the next afternoon. He showed up promptly and got my rusted tank water heater replaced with a tankless that evening! Great customer service and super responsive! I highly recommend!

Great experience! The girl who set my appointment was very thorough, professional, and polite. The text reminders were all on point. When Nick came out he was amazing! He was polite, professional, and best of all honest! I might've been a little over reactive thinking I had a problem with a new toilet. Nick took the time to show me the mechanics and explain why it was making the noise it was making. While he was there I asked about replacing a water softener we haven't used in forever. Again, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest and explained things we never knew about them. Even showed us how regardless of not using our current system our water was still going through it, and showed us the bypass line to stop it from doing that. I luckily might not need them... But I definitely will keep them saved as my new plumbers and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I needed a new toilet installed in our primary bedroom. I contacted the company and within a week I had new toilet installed. I purchased one from Lowes and had them come the next day. Nick installed my toilet and also took care of throwing away my old toilet. Nick was professional and friendly.
