STAY AWAY BY ALL (AND ANY) MEANS POSSIBLE! Crooks interested in collecting a $125+ initial-visit service fee (paid only in cash to an entity with a different(?) name) without doing any real work. When told their initial estimate is exorbitantly high (300% over other estimates), they magically halve it (in an instant) and then, do not show up to do the work, lie shamelessly about it, and challenge you(!) to ""take them to court."" They may be trying to highjack business from another reputable business with a similar (almost identical) name.

George and Joe are crooks. extremely unfair pricing and bad attitude. $2200 just for labor to replace a water heater and only takes zelle or cash. really hope they get audited for tax evasion. go with anyone else but this place.

My house was flooded due to sewer back up with everyone else in Queens. My boiler did not work and I ordered parts on line to fix it I replaced the electronic parts and it still didn't work I called Astoria Plumbing and Heating and they told me a service call was $85.00 they came at 6pm and were there for 15 minutes did an adjustment and charged me $830.00. They said they only take cash and no receipt. I called the company the next day and requested a receipt be emailed to my wife and still waiting. Talk about price gauging when people are at there lowest. Very sad
