We've had a number of different contractors through who tried & failed to resolve an issue with the drainage line of our AC unit. The wall unit runs for a while but then water begins pouring out of the front of the unit, down the wall :( My wife found Rob, noting he was British (as am I) on here so we gave him a call. He answered my call immediately and we booked in a time within 48 hours for him to come round. It took about 5 minutes for Rob to diagnose the root cause of the issue, namely that an incredibly narrow (not up to code) hose was used for the last portion of the drainage line which had become clogged and backed up. He drained the water, switched out the hose for a code suitable diameter and we are back in business, just in time for the heatwave. Lovely chap, experienced plumber. Would highly recommend!! Astoria needs more contractors like Rob!

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

Where is the 6+ stars? That is what Robert deserves! He tirelessly worked for over an hour to clear our severely clogged kitchen sink. Not only did he get the pipe cleared but he also neatly cleaned up the area before he left. I also appreciate the response time and that he worked efficiently once he was on site.

Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

Very happy with my experience. I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available. When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out. Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.
