Had purchased a generator and used them each year for a tuneup. Paid over 500 for tuneup and they did not reset properly. Lost a battery in the process. Owner yelled at me on the phone saying he did not know us then called back to apologize saying things were a little confused as we had service there for over 10 years. Promised to refund 500 and redo tuneup but never showed up and never refunded the fee. Problem not resolved, generator had been working just fine before visit and my generator will now not work. Overall one of worst experiences with a simple maintenance. Sad to lose a company i once trusted and worse a generator that we use for medical reasons.
