I cannot say enough great things about Astacio Plumbing and Heating. We were in emergency need of two new furnaces and they sent a representative out within hours on the same day of the request to provide a quote. He was knowledhaeable and incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with, and we decided to go with Astacio over our regular provider. The scheduled the install the very next day- as they knew we were without heat with a chilly weekend coming up. The installers were amazing, did a thorough job and were immaculate in the clean up post installation. 5 stars all around!

I used Astacio to install a new central air system in my home in Wilton. They were exemplary in their professionalism, their constant communication, their timing and their installation. Afterwards there was an issue to be resolved and they showed up almost immediately to take care of it. Their customer service could be used as a model for all customer-faced businesses. Needed a new water heater. The service technician came out right away and assessed the problem. In less the 24hrs they removed the old system and replaced it with a much better one. The first service technician who came out, Luis, was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through making the right decision on the new unit. The second service technician,Pino, who removed the old unit and installed the new one was also very personable and skilled at his job. I highly recommend Astacio Heating and Plumbing.

Returned from a brief vacation only to find our central HVAC system essentially non-functional/hanging on by a thread.

Since our HVAC company of nearly 20 years no longer does residential work, was left with the task of expediently engaging a new provider--something often easier said than done in this post-Covid business climate with lots of remote interactions, long wait times and equipment bottlenecks.

Astacio/Sila proved more than up to the task:
1. Offered to show up for an initial diagnostic check within 24 hours
2. Managed to come to terms with me on two new heat pumps, one attic air handler/back up electric heat and one propane furnace with one conveniently scheduled, same day appointment as the service call
3. Came back for the install on the next business day (sales appt was Fri; install commenced Mon)
4. Got the job done in 2 days instead of the promised 2 1/2
5. Let the premises clean, with all new systems running well

Net, net: Least expensive? Probably not. Most professional/knowledgeable/timely/accommodating HVAC company I've dealt with both personally and in a business capacity? Absolutely! Look forward to using them for our ongoing service/equipment needs.

I needed a $200 part replaced on my AC system, technician came and analyzed the problem in less than 1/2 hour. When he returned the new part was intalled in under an hour - so call it 1 1/2 hours total time ""on site"". The bill was $850, which the Tech informed me they bill flat rates now and not actual repair time.

So the Tech was great, knew his stuff, was professional and courteous - but under the new management the pricing is ridiculous.

In this age of Covid and supply chain problems prices are never going to be satisfactory. Having said that I would like to tell you how successful it was to work with Astacio Plumbing today to replace a water heater. The water heater was done perfectly and the new electric toilet was installed perfectly also. I'd like to talk particularly about Danny A. Danny is a knowledgeable,understanding, and professional plumber. He realizes that he's in your house and doing work for you and treats you that way. Because of Danny I will use Astacio again and again.
Danny's team was clean and respectful of my home. They waited until they were sure the hot water returned as expected. It was a successful and very positive experience. Call Astacio, ask for Danny A.

Daniel and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. Daniel is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He kept me informed every step of the way and explained the work that was being done and how things work and what I needed to know about the entire process. The job came out better than I had expected. I would absolutely recommend Astacio plumbing for your plumbing needs no matter the job big or small I'm confident they can handle it. I needed some 11th Hour Maintenance and repair of my A/C prior to closing the sale of my condo.
They were professional and responsive.
They can't control the weather but did do a great job in controlling the system that makes it more bearable!

If it was possible to give no stars they deserve it. They were called in this morning to fix and issue with a boiler leak. The young man who was dispatched seemed to have been untrained or clueless as to what needed to be done. He may have overheard my frustration at his ineptitude and immediately got on his phone. He then proceeded to walk past me without a word and got into his van and left. Perhaps this is how they conduct business on a normal day. If I hadn't shown my immediate distrust and disgust, I am sure I would have been handed a very large bill for time spent there and nothing fixed. My recommendation is to please take this and the other reviews seriously before calling them. Wish i had looked on here 1st, but lesson learned.
