Want to give him a zero, total rip off, called BBB and Town of Huntington on him. Charged me for a zone valve at over $600 when all he did was replace a motor in the valve. THEIF, STAY AWAY. Other plumber who came in after him said it was a $250 job. Also said I needed a new thermostat, wanted $300 for that. Thermostat was fine, Guy should be arrested

Dishonest people. Extremely overpriced. Not friendly or helpful. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last Plumming company on the planet.

Want to write about a bad plumbing experience.
Saturday night our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Temperature was -5F with wind chill. In the morning I called Assured Plumbing and was told over the phone that they will charge me a $200 dispatch fee, but if I let them do the work, they will subtract it from the cost of the work. When the plumber arrived, he saw that my boiler was making noise from the inducer fan motor. He immediately was ready to leave since he didn't have that part. Didn't even try to remove it to see why it was making noise. I paid $200 for nothing. He also left me with a proposal for $1025 to replace it.I found the part online for $389.00 +tax. I picked up the part In the next morning and installed it myself in 20 minutes. The contractor wanted to charge me $600 labor charge for 20 minutes of work. When I called the contractors office about it he said Yes $600 for labor of 20 minutes and that is the way he stays in business. I replied that what it costs to lose customers and stay out of Buisiness. This place is aweful do not go here they will rip you off at all costs!!!
