Kayla and Dalvin knocked it out of the park this afternoon. A car rams into my office building gas meter early Friday afternoon (January 31, 2021), gas company turns off service, I call Kayla with SOS at 2:15 PM, she dispatches Dalvin to the job site who has the meter fixed by 4:30 PM ON NEW YEARS EVE! This kind of service is not normal. It is EXTRAORDINARY. Kayla and Dalvin, you are rock stars. You must be jazzed to work on the same team. Thank you!

If you want to call multiple times and send 10 emails to beg for a quote this is your kind of company. If they didnt want to work why did they come out to give me an estimate? Net net if you have to beg them to take your business you have to wonder what their after sale service is like.

I bumped into Chris Wilson while he was working on a neighbor's house, having a whole-house water filter that needed to be installed. He promptly popped over to give an estimate, then scheduled the job and did a pitch-perfect, professional installation, right on time and right on the money. Few things are handier to have than a solid, reliable plumbing company, and I think I've found mine!

Joe was great!!!! I was referred to him by a co-worker and I am VERY glad that I called. I had replaced most of the easy parts on the furnace and had no luck getting it to work. Joe came by, knew exactly what it needed and showed up the next evening and fixed it. I realize that there might not be nothing special about that but he was there late in the evening and didn't charge me any extra for it. But more importantly was his attitude. He is the kind of business owner that reminds you that you are in Flagstaff. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained everything thoroughly. His prices were very reasonable as well..unlike another company (rhymes with ""machina"") who charged me $70 to come out to flip a switch which I later discovered wasn't even the issue. The guy was literally there for less than 5 minutes. Anyway, call Assurance...you'll see.

Salon sink plumbing install. Employee was on time for his appointment, made sure to run tasked by upper management. He was courteous, respectful and went above and beyond. What was impressive about this company was the time line! Estimate
Then next day, job done! The company is sending a bill to pay on line or with the office. I'm hoping it's not too much. But I was told about $140 an hour! 2.5 hours not to bad. Thank you for your services!
