We had our vent-free gas log serviced by the folks at ACI and the experience was excellent. Our appt window was 1-4 and they were here by 1:15. The technician; Steve, was knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout. We hadn't used our gas log in years so I had trouble getting it lit. Steve took the time to ensure I understood why it wasn't lighting and how to properly light it. I recommend them if you need similar work done.

I contracted Associates and asked for the service tech that knew the most about gas fire boilers. They sent out Steve and he fixed a problem that 2 other ""Heater"" servicemen could not. Its been a week now and so far the problem has been solved. We did have a slight problem right after he left but I called and he came right back and correct the problem.
Great experience with this Associate service tech.

Our realtor recommended Associates after we were given an outrageous bid on an electrical job we needed to have done at a home we were buying.

Jim showed up exactly on time, gave us an extremely fair bid, which was more than 33% less than what the other contractor bid.

They did excellent work, cleaned up, and even though I was told that I would need to repair siding outside the house when they were done, they took extra special care when doing the work, and I didn't have to have anything done on the siding at all.

They have since come out to do more work and they never disappoint.
