Dan N.I've used Associated Plumbing for several years at both my home and business for various plumbing repairs and installations. They have always done a great job. They are prompt and very professional.
Spring S.First work we had done was great for our bath leak and that man did a fantastic job, this review is for the second job I had to call again for the same bathroom toilet leak which was June 8th. We have a leak on the bottom side of our toilet, I had photos of it and took a video and he still didn't believe that we had a leak, it wasn't coming at all from the supply line, of course when he was here the leak wasn't happening so he didn't pull the toilet, he charged me $133 basically to flush our toilet a few times and get cocky with me about the whole thing making me feel stupid. Now we are having the same leak again and can't afford to fix now because they already charged us $133 to come out and do nothing . I am extremely livid to say the least and they were recommended by one of our neighbors so we will be letting them and our neighborhood know about this and. It to hire associated plumbing as they are complete CHEATS!!!!
On 2/20/2018 I had about 5-6 inches of water in my basesment. We had used them years ago for some repairs, so I thought why not. They got me in the next morning 2/21/2018. Besides the water in the basement I have a few repairs to do. The guy arrived put his boots on, and went downstairs. I told him where drain was located. He came back up looked at water pressure in kitchen sink, and at the works in the back of my toilet I thought needed replaced. He said I needed to call the city about the backed up water and get it out of there and they could come back and do repairs. $133.00. He was a very nice man, and I appreciated the fast service so he received a $20.00 tip as well for lunch. Why wouldn't a PLUMBER check the drain???
The guy from the city came out, said it was not a city problem. He gave me the name of a company that could unclog drains. I called them, they came out that afternoon. After a few minutes of working around drain, they discovered it was capped. They uncapped and the water was gone in less than 10 minutes. $80.00...$20.00 tip for GREAT service. Then several days later there was a knock on the door and the man stopped by to make sure all was well with the drain, and to tell us to put the cover back on to avoid sewer gases. Now that is a good company!!!
I called Associated to let them know of the error of their plumber, and how disappointed I was with the service. She said she would let the owner know. Ha! No integrity!!!! They cashed the check anyway!!!!
This is an honest to goodness true story!!!!
Kathleen Q.I had a difficult problem with my sink drain and Associated Plumbing did a great job Dan Ward went above and beyond to get the problem solved and make it right again.
Associated plumbing caters to my every plumbing need. The service technician was wonderful and quickly fixed my bathtub leak.
They did get back to me a day later and they have apologized for not getting me a better estimate and worked with me on the bill to get it very close to the original estimate.
Dave S.Avoid these guys like the plague. They said they could fix a critical leak that day. Water to my house had to be shut off and I had to wait until the next day. They gladly took my $74 to come to my house and do nothing. They quoted me $1000 to replace some pipes in my shower. I wanted to buy my own new shower faucet. Nope. Only theirs at a jacked up price. I called for a quote from someone else. They did it in half the time and for $400 AND patched the wall up. These guys are scam artists in expensive Mercedes vans.
Sonia L.My home had a plumbing emergency on an early Sunday morning -- a slowly draining, blocked toilet. The bigger problem was that the pipes had also separated -- so water was leaking from the upstairs to the downstairs. Eeks!
I called Associated Plumbing (never used them before, but found them online) and left a message; the recorded message said someone would call me back from their emergency line, but no one did. So, I called back after 8AM and someone answered (whew!). They sent someone out to my place within an hour (as promised!), and the problem was (for the most part) fixed. The technician who came was professional and quick. He even provided suggestions on how to prevent future problems and which brand of toilet paper to buy.
I was very happy that the problem was fixed, but it was super duper expensive! $455 for less than 1 hour of work ($450 for labor and $5 for materials).
