Cindy C.I would give no star if it were an option. Associated Plumbing should never be hired. The plumber was incompetent and took 3 hours to install a simple kitchen faucet. He left our reverse osmosis unit inoperable and accepts no responsibility for it. The company overcharged and refuses to negotiate a more reasonable outcome.
Aaron H.If I could put -5 stars I would..... awful experience. Technician didn't do anything to fix the leak since he didn't have any tools.....a few months later got a bill where he stated fixing the leak..... Manager didn't do anything to make things right.... Beware
June F.Contacted me about a supposedly unpaid bill from more than 2 years ago and repeatedly did not send an invoice. They continued calling and threatened to send the bill to collections. Avoid.
