Jack was absolutely amazing! We had 2 swing chairs and a porch swing that needed to be installed. I reached out to Jack and he responded immediately and was able to come out to us very quickly. With a Handyman, I love when they are very honest and upfront about concerns/safety, etc. and that is exactly what Jack did, He upfront told us what he wanted to double-check before proceeding with the installation and once it was installed, he had us review it and approve. He also went out of his way and went to the store 2 separate times to purchase more secure/stronger parts without hesitation.

We are lucky we came across him and will be using him from now on for our handyman needs! If anyone in our around Lake Villa/ Chain of Lakes is looking for a Handyman, Jack is your guy.

After doing a little research, I decided to call Jack at Assemble to handle mounting our new 58"" TV and sound bar. Jack was responsive and professional, and his quote was exactly what I expected based on his website. As the daughter of a builder, I very much appreciated his care with measurement and installation. He made sure that everything was done to his (and my!) high expectations.

When we ran into a snag with the tv mount, Jack trouble-shot what turned out to be a somewhat bizarre issue - the manufacturer had included metric stabilizer screws for a standard english threaded screw hole, which was entirely unworkable. Jack quickly diagnosed the issue and determined the correct screw size so that the installation could be completed. What a relief! I would not have figured this out myself.

I will definitely call Jack at Assemble in the future. Highly recommend!

Jack was Extremely thorough in all task big or small, tedious or easy. He is truly a master of his craft. Jack completed jobs in timely fashion and was warm yet professional! I will hire him for all of my wall mountings and repair work in the future !
