Jim at Aspen Services did a great job of fixing the leak in our shower. He took the time to make sure both the hot and cold valve stems we're OK and replaced of the seats and springs underneath. Once the main water was turned back on everything worked fine without any leak.

Extremely Unprofessional. After doing business with Jim for a number of years under agreed terms as we are a business he advised that he no longer allows billing everything is C.O.D. Understandably this was discussed after he agreed to complete a job at one of our retail locations in Flagstaff and when I advised that per agreement we can not pay via CC or cash instead of politely then declining he hung up on me after being over 2 hours late to the jobsite. When the call disconnected I tried reaching back out and was told it should have been obvious he didnt want to complete the agreed upon work when he hung up on me and told me to F*** Off. This is a terrible way to do business and we will advise our Retail Clients of this particular companies behavior and hope they never have to be disrespected as I was.
