If I could some how give a negative 5 review I would! These so called plumbers came out, charged us for coming out. Yet they would not tell the insurance why they quoted over 5600.00 to replace a worn out ignition switch on a hot water heater! We have been fighting with them to send over the information to insurance. We've been waiting over 6 week's and all nothing. Do not ever call these people unless you want to get screwed over as well.

Called them over to see what was wrong with my water heater. Guy came over changed a part out and it was working fine until tonight when the water heater started beeping profusely. I go check it out and water is leaking from the water heater, it was not leaking before all of this... Now I have a mess to clean up and a cold shower to take! I appreciate it!

UPDATE
They came back to fix it again and tried to charge me 9k$ for this fix on top of the money I've already paid them! How nice! So now I have water leaking in my basement and a bucket I have to empty every 10mins until another plumber can get here that will only be charging me 4k!!! Looks like the cold showers will be staying a little longer!

They charged me $69 to come out and tell me it would cost $1,000 for a one hour job! I told them that was getting up there with surgeon prices! Nice plumber that came out. Outrageous prices. I declined the job.

I had a clogged drain and saw good reviews initially online. The service representative for Aspen Mountain arrived while I was at work and charged my wife $840 to do a simple snake cleaning of our drain (not emergency service). That is 4x more than the national average cost of that service. The whole job of finding the issue and fixing it took about 30 minutes. While the service representative was nice, it seems that their practice relies on taking advantage of people who do not know better.

I have called multiple times to talk to someone about the charge and all they will do is ""take my information and have someone give me a call back"" without anyone actually calling.

If you or someone you know is thinking about using them then please learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

called to find a leak going to my shop. the technician was awesome. Very professional and upfront. unfortunately I was informed the going rate from Aspen was $700/hour. it was going to be $1,000 to find the leak and $700 to change 3 3/4"" gate valves. They used to be so good. Reasonable prices and great work. Looks like those days are over.

Called them to snake our sewer, needless to say sticker shock when time to pay, over a grand. They are raping people with their prices. Would not recommend them to anyone. Over 3 times higher than any other plumber in town. Then sent only one plumber to do the job of 2. My husband ended out helping, where is his check? Save your time and money and call anybody other than them!

The company was professional and helpful in answering some unknowns, and logically deducing likely issues at initial call out and estimate.

The technician adjusted our clean out drain of the exterior to bellow our siding for easier access.

I also appreciated the picture notification of who would be showing up to my door.

Called for a rental property. They were able to fix it the same day.

Just like others have mentioned, although the business says that they don't bid to be the lowest bidder, $4300 to replace a water heater is absolutely astronomical. I absolutely would start your quote process with other companies before contacting these guys. They are out to ring people dry by pile driving their pocket books into the ground. Replacing the water heater is maybe 2 hours of work. Plus supplies. Get real. Don't have them out to give you a quote either because they charge you for that. Then tell you that they'll credit you the amount for the quote if you use their services. I found a business that charged me a $125 an hour to install my water heater. The water heater itself cost me $800. They even replaced my gas valve. So it cost me about a 1000 bucks.

We called because our shower was draining slowly. I assumed it was a problem easily solved by a quick snaking. Turned out to be a pipe crippling series of tree roots. While I was at work, the plumber pressured my wife into signing a contract to dig a trench, replace the pipe, and line the pipe... before doing an inspection. The contract was for pipe lining ($7000) and ""trench up to 100ft"" x2 ($18,000). The operator hit the main and broke the lines of two neighbors in digging what was a 19ft trench. They spent 3 days digging and 2 days trimming pipe seals to fit the main, because they didn't have the right size in stock. Their lining machine was down, so that wasn't done. Thankfully that $7k was removed from the bill. For the 20ft trench, the full $18k was charged. When I called to question why we were being charged the price of a 200ft trench when this one was 10% of that, the owner of Aspen met me with immediate hostility and repeated ""I'll see you in court!"". After all of this, we are still showering in standing water. Don't sign contracts before inspections.
