Called another place but they were not available until Dec 9th. That would've been 1 month our house without heat (not going to work!) Glad my husband called this place and he came the next day. He put off the start of his vacation to come to our house. He fixed both the igniter and furnace motor. He was friendly, honest, fast and definitely knowledgeable. We highly recommend this business and we will use them again!

Excellent quality service and very timely! Easy going guys and appreciated the expertise. Thanks for getting the job done right!!

I have been trying to contact a plumber for some work on my home and have tried multiple times to reach out, when I finally got a call back. Tom will not returns calls (24/7 Availability?) -- and when he does -- the customer service is horrendous. Just absolutely rude -- and he was berating me for no reason.
Listen, I am not saying I didn't try -- my patience ran thin after the 3rd call back -- but when you're not even going to let a customer get a word in to explain the situation and act like a child on the phone. You clearly do not want this job or want to have future customers.
I value professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. I hope Aspen Grove Mechanical begins to offer these values and trains their employees for future customers.

Kenny from Aspen Grove moved a gas pipe for us, within a finished space and a distance of 12+ feet - not an easy task! He was professional, listened to my concerns, and came with the BEST, though not maybe the easiest solution. Good price. Combine that with excellent work and you have great value. I couldn't be happier.

Called them for a propane to gas changeover in a new home, along with a dispose-all installation. Tom came out to survey the situation, ordered the parts needed, and scheduled a tech to come back to do the job. Both Tom and his tech were very professional and courteous and got everything done correctly. Seemed a little high on the price but we're learning that's the way it is with pretty much everything up here in the high country. When you can find qualified people up here who'll show up when they say and do it right it's worth it.

Tom put in a radiant heat boiler system and the plumbing on my new construction in Alma, CO. He was punctual and responsive. He also counseled me up front on things to do/not do with the systems at high altitude (which I had no idea). He also came back several times after initial start up to get things running perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very bad experience with this business. They tried to charge me over $4,000.00 for not even a days work. The owner, Tom, fought with his son while they were in my house! I felt sorry for his son or anyone else who gets a bill from him. I'm surprised he is still in business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Aspen Grove installed a water heater in our off-grid home. The next day, our carbon monoxide detectors began alarming and registering mid-to-high levels of CO. I had my 13 month old special needs daughter, 11 year old stepson with lifelong pulmonary disease, and 17 year old stepdaughter. After I took everybody outside and drove into town, my wife called Aspen Grove's owner and told him about the problem. She said he was rude and demeaning from the beginning of the conversation. He first flatly denied even installing the water heater, and told her he didn't even do business out as far as we are. (We are 35 minutes drive from his business address in Fairplay.) When she told him she was calling the NUMBER ON THE CARD HIS COMPANY LEFT, he again denied knowing how it happened to get there. She informed him of the urgency of the situation, IE: small children, respiratory issues, high CO levels, and not being able to be in our home etc, to no effect but flat denial of even installing it.
She gave up and called another plumbing/contractor - American, and told them the issue. They stated that they didn't usually come out this far, but would if necessary. Then, THE OTHER COMPANY called Aspen Grove's number, and apparently told him this was his responsibility, and that he needed to come fix it. She got a call back a few minutes later from Aspen Grove, even more irritable and rude, and he told her ""Fine, I'll come fix it, but I was just pulling into my driveway to have dinner with my wife.""
Clearly the irony was lost on him. This business goes light-years beyond unprofessional. Where I have the problem is the utter disregard for my family's health, the difficulty for our situation, the rudeness to my wife, and the bald-face lies in the face of obvious proof. I don't know why someone would go to this trouble to alienate current and potential customers, but I sincerely recommend taking your business elsewhere.
--Addendum 9-21-17
Received an email from a ""Katie G"", also listed as owner, complaining about the review. After discussion with my wife re: the specifics, I do need to clarify an important point. By the time the person (""Katie G."" states in the email complaint that he was a ""tech"" working for them, he identified himself as the owner and/or manager on the phone - I have no idea which is the case, but it's unimportant to me.) agreed to come investigate, I had shut off the gas supply and pilot light to the H2O heater. The CO alarm began the day after installation, and levels dropped shortly after shutting it off. However, just to be safe, I also killed the gas supply to the fireplace, dryer, and fridge, since we didn't have anywhere else to stay for the night. My wife told the person-manager/?owner?/tech? not to bother coming; that we were also going to investigate the fireplace as well as the other appliances ourselves. His rudeness and unprofessional behaviour were noxious enough that we didn't want the added stress of allowing him in our home at that point. The following day the different plumber from the Springs who came out, looked over/adjusted the water heater (I don't know the specifics of what he did) while I cleaned the vent pipes for the water heater, fireplace, and dryer. When we turned the gas on to all of the appliances, the CO leak was gone. So I can't in good faith say that the water heater was causing the CO leak. To my mind, the CO leak is of minimal import in light of the fact that at the time we called asking them to come look at it (not accusing, or insulting - simply stating the correlation between installation and alarm levels, and being concerned that the heater was the only changed variable) that we believed the H2O heater was the culprit, and felt that we were in danger because of it. His disregard and unprofessional conduct occurred well prior to us telling him not to bother coming out. In summary, we never did definitely attribute the CO leak to the water heater, and after servicing all of the appliances, it has not returned.

Talked to the plumber scheduled an appointment. No show, won't returm calls or email. Total waste of time and energy cslling this yoyo.

Made an appointment for this morning. Never showed and never called. Don't bother to call this guy.
