The company has been working on the same plumbing problems (ejector pump) , in a timespan of 5 years they came up 4 times and every time they replace the pump and claim the pump burn out due to tenant putting foreign object into the toilet. This last time they come up , they charge me for 2 persons and the bill jump from 800 to 1300. After checking with my tenant, I found out only 1 plumber is really working and they did not replace the pump. I tried to ask them to reduce the bill and they would accept and put in to collection.
A month after they claim they put in a new pump , it fail again and I call a different company to replace and it has been working since then.

I explained to Debby at ASPC that the other company said they needed to do a video inspection of the laterals and then ""install riser to grade."" I was told that ASPC does not do septics, but would send a crew out to do a video inspection and do limited jetting if necessary.
I got a report from ASPC stating, ""Pulled septic lid to try and camera from there in order to eliminate entry to house. Tank was full to the top with water. Went into house. Pulled toilet and used camera to see into tank. Line was completely clear. Filled with clean water. No issues except for broken baffle. Re-set toilet seat and tested. Working great. Cleaned up.
'Customer' requested us to do a check on the septic system assessment and bid by another company. Pipes were clean and septic was full of water (rain will do this also) Baffle needs replaced, but jetting is unnecessary.""
I knew the house pipes were clear, we just had them cleaned. Why after I told ASPC about the report from the other company, specifically referring to the septic, d-box and laterals, would they do an inspection of the pipes from the toilet to the septic and then claim the ""baffle needs replaced but jetting is unnecessary?"" They obviously didn't listen to my concerns.
Two weeks later, the water is backing up again. Seems like the entire drain field had failed and i need a new septic system, to the tune of $10,000. Time to call Debby.
When I called the company, Debby said she told me they weren't a septic company. I understood that, but they assumed the role of a septic inspection company when they said they could do the job. My renter was concerned about the toilets backing up again. I needed some answers fast to put him at ease. The company is unwilling to work with me on their charges. They were rude and wouldn't let me explain myself as to why I didn't think the $287.99 was warranted.
