Asolution was great! Jason, who is actually the owner, came out and fixed our A/C very quickly in the middle of 100+ degree days. We were scheduled mid-day with them, and then they called to see if they could come earlier - which was amazing!! from scheduling to fixing our unit, they we're a dream to work with. would call them again in a heartbeat. thanks, y'all!

My downstairs A/C went out during the hottest days of summer, and this repair service was chosen for me by my home warranty company. The technician who arrived was polite, knowledgable, efficient, and took the time to explain the problem to me so I could choose the best repair choices. I also wanted to install a new thermostat while he was here and he had one on the truck that matched my existing thermostat on the upstairs system. All the work was fast, clean, and as expected. I would definitely use this company again.

Jason of Asolution Finder did a great job on my American Home Shield repair today. Because of the recent hot spell, they were so busy that they came on a Sunday and arrived promptly when scheduled. After I explained the symptoms of my problem, he told me what he suspected, and how he would check for it. He then did a very thorough inspection, inside and out, replaced the part, and showed me what had gone wrong (which was exactly what he described it might me). Bottom line--he did a great job, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I recommend them.

My A/C went out and ASolution Finder was assigned to me by my warranty company. Within an hour of assignment, they called to schedule an appointment and came out the next day at the beginning of my service window.

Communication with the scheduler was friendly and efficient.

Jason, the technician, arrived on time.
He was friendly, professional, identified the problem within 30 minutes and was able to locate the necessary part. After retrieving the part from Austin (I am in Georgetown), he was able to complete the repair in less than an hour (same day).

Not only did he repair the A/C, he gave me some tips on maintaining the longevity of my unit, what to expect regarding common maintenance, and lifespan, as well as a crash course on the digital thermostat I inherited when I bought the house.

Very happy with the service and should I ever need A/C support in the future, they'd be a welcomed company!

Wow Jacon C. Not sure what you were drinking or smoking last Friday before noon, but you claimed I said there was someone here two weeks before your tech. I did not say that to your tech nor in my review. You still owe me $400 refund on refrigerant. Your company, your tech, and now you have demonstrated severe lack of integrity. You will be hearing from me via BBB, too.

Jason installed a lemon of an HVAC in 2018. It has never cooled properly. He had to spend 6+ hours repairing it only three months after installing it. It has never cooled when the temperature gets above 95F. They are now refusing to come look at an AC that doesn't work properly and never has and are claiming it's my fault for not having hounded them with complaints when they refused to fix it properly in July 2018 when they rebuilt half of it!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Jason called me after I left my review. He explained to me that he was going to have done the job a bit differently. He also told me that he couldn't have done the job for the price I got even if we were personal friends. He took his time and explained everything after I sent the pictures of the job I got for the lower price. I don't think he is a scammer after all. I think maybe I got REALLY lucky in finding someone that is that less expensive. I can't speak on his work but he seems like a nice guy. He also told me if I called 10 different HVAC guys I would have gotten 10 different estimates. I also found out in all of this that many HVAC companies give free estimates. I paid 100 to Jason but that might be because I was using a home warranty company who I just canceled.

Insurance company sent them out because heater not blowing hot. He quoted me $2,500 to replace the panel wiring and thermostats. None of it covered by insurance. Feels like a scam.

Our AC went out and it was a typical Texas summer day so we needed it up and running ASAP. Jason came out took a look at the unit outside. Within 10 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was and the AC was up and running within the hour. He was polite and professional.
