I am a repeat customer of ASL Plumbing (ASL Electric, same company). After the storm, my bathroom drain clogged up pretty badly with soil and organic stuff, so I called ASL to schedule a service. Dean Jones arrived 8:30 am in the morning and unclogged the drain with an air snake. They are now my go to for all plumbing and electric needs at home.

Got home from vacation ... and no hot water. I contacted ASL, they came out the same day and I had a new water heater installed next day. Amazing service! Respectable and honest. I have no need to call any other plumbing company.

ASL came out to check a water leak. The plumber Dean was very thorough checking the entire house for leaks and stayed well after 6pm to find the leak. ASL is a contractor under Service Line Warranties which I recommend. ASL is defiantly someone I would call back for plumbing services.

ASL came to my house and tried to fix my water heater but instead caused it to leak and ruined my carpet. They then refused to come back for two days, saying they could not get to me until I agreed to pay $600 in repair costs (which is insane). After I called them repeatedly over the next several hours, they finally sent out a man who had no idea what he was doing and tried to sell me a $1500 ""solution"" that would require me to call him every time I wanted hot water, which would be every single day of my life as long as I lived there! He never fixed anything; in fact, he made it worse by breaking another pipe and causing the entire floor to flood.

Took the afternoon off work so that I could be home during the 3-4pm window I was given for service. 4pm passed without any update from the company. I finally called them, and I was informed that the plumber was stuck at another job, which is understandable. I was then rescheduled for a time between 530-630. Again the time went by without any contact from the company or anyone showing up. I called and canceled. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
