John was an angel! He came on such a short notice even after a long day of work. I wasn't sure I could sleep tonight knowing my water heater is leaking and won't be seen until tomorrow morning. He right away offered to come see it tonight. He was very friendly and informative, went above and beyond. I could see the compassion and that he really loves what he is doing. An angel sent from above. Couldn't ask for a better guy. 10 thumbs up! Highly recommended for plumbing and electric needs.

Anthony from ASL replaced our kitchen faucets and garbage disposal. The work product was great! ASL was very responsive on Yelp and gave text message updates on who was coming and when. I liked that they charged hourly rather than a per job basis since it allowed us to get multiple jobs done cost effectively. I plan to use them again for future plumbing work.

I couldn't possibly be more pleased than I am with John Cipres (owner), Jesus (the Lead Foreman), and their crew. First off John told me they would be able to complete an entire house repipe in a day. I was surprised by that. And in actuality he brought in a large crew and they finished in 7 hours: and that included clean up. Now, every house and family have their own individual issues to deal with when considering such extensive work, and we were no exception. I have personally remodeled two of our bathrooms and the master shower, and our kitchen just finished a complete remodel which we hired contractors for. (And by the way ASL electric did all of the electrical work for the kitchen and they too were incredible) So, of course, I was concerned about a whole house repipe and the damage it might do to what we have already done. So, before the job began, John, Jesus, and I walked the job and we discussed how to approach each area that was to be affected, and they came up with a plan that addressed all of my concerns. Now I was not in home during the work, we wanted to give the crew no obstacles, so I could not say I witnessed how well the crew worked together. But I have to say that they must be an amazingly cohesive team, each knowing their part, and doing it not only well but extremely efficiently to do what they did in our home. And not to forget... thorough. Not only was the whole home, (2000 square foot, 2.5 bath, laundry room) repiped, but all new angle stops, new tub and shower fixtures (the brand we asked for), and of course hose bibs. And when I returned, John was there to meet me so we could go through the job to make sure nothing had been forgotten.....and nothing was. Everything promised was completed, and the house was left clean. (The first thing the crew did when entering was to lay down plastic and hang plastic to minimize the dust in areas that were not affected by the repipe.) And on a personal note, though I spent no time talking with Jesus or his crew with the exception of the morning walkthrough, I did talk at length with John Cipres. And I can tell you that I have no doubt in my mind that he is a very honest and decent man. And I have to add ... very experienced and knowledgeable in much more than plumbing. I wouldn't skip a beat recommending ASL Plumbing to anyone.
