Company Overview
My name is Alex, and I’m 38 years old. One year back, my family, which includes my wife and our seven-year-old son, transitioned from Ukraine to the USA. We made this move because of the conflict in our country. Our goal was to seek safety and stability far from the conflict.
Moving to a different country brings many hurdles and changes. This transition required us to adjust to a new culture and language, as well as explore new avenues for work and learning. With over ten years of experience in the construction sector in Ukraine, I opted to carry on in this profession in the USA.
Right now, I’m employed as a handyman. This position involves a variety of skills, such as plumbing, minor repairs, electrical work, and carpentry. I enjoy this work since it provides opportunities for ongoing learning and allows me to support people in their daily activities.
