Jim is great! We hired him to do some smaller dry rot repair which he did a good job on. And then while we had his attention we asked him to take a look at our tankless water heater which had never really worked properly in the year since it was installed. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Now my wife can finally take a hot bath without the water suddenly running cold. She is very happy and the saying is true, happy wife, happy life! Thanks , Jim!!

Jim and his team are great! No wonder he's always so busy. I constantly refer him to my clients when a job is a bit beyond my personal scope or if I'm too busy. As the owner of my own handyman company (Rob's odd jobs) I am always sending customers his way. He has a vast range of talents and a ton of experience. Everyone I've referred him to has had nothing but great things to say about his quality of work, value and professionalism. He's a local small business owner, so unlike the big box companies his attention to detail and customer service are 2nd to none. Thank you Jim for always taking great care of my customers, friends and family when I can't

Jim came on time and he's very professional nice and patient I recommend him to all the people that are looking to fix anything
In my situation Jim installed a solar panel, customed and modified to fit my fence and he was able to take on the job
Too bad i cant give him more stars
Thanks Jim!

Jim cares about his business and his customers. He came same evening to ""spray"" the 3 roof venting turbines that were squealing. I will absolutely use him again for small handy ""person"" type jobs.

Jim replaced 3 auxiliary fans, hung multiple mirrors, installed master bathroom light fixtures, replaced a medicine cabinet and replaced our ceiling fans. Jim did a great job!!

Jim is an extremely efficient guy who can work quickly on the smallest odds and ends to bigger projects. He is a general contractor but can also do the handyman sort of things as basic as fixing a broken cabinet door or putting ventilation holes in the garage to putting up a ceiling light or installing an air conditioner unit in a matter of minutes by just running the vent through a hole he punched out through the wall. A true jack of all trades from big jobs to small. He even figured out how to fix my falling down gate on my fence with a few pieces of lumber and a cinder brick lying in my yard.

Jim has been awesome! He showed up early, does great work, and is reasonably priced. He helped finish the bathroom in the in-law (anticipating a visit from grandma;)), including installing grab bars, an exhaust fan, to shelves, and other stuff. He's replaced doors for me, and will even lay down a coat of paint if you ask. There's more work to be done, so we'll be using Jim for small and big jobs.
He arrives masked up (given Covid protocols), is easily identified (can't miss his truck), and cleans up/hauls away when he's finished. Well done, repeat customer here.

My 1970's era house needs attention from time to time, and my former handyman headed out of state last spring. I tried Jim for the first time, and he's a huge improvement: on-time, pleasant, and very competent. He's familiar with the homes in my neighborhood and that made it easier for him to find the source of the problem. I already thought of another project for the future, so I'll definitely be Asking Jim to Fix It again!

Had Jim install a new dishwasher and haul away the old one. He was punctual, neat & clean, and had the new machine up and running in no time! Thanks Jim! I would definitely recommend Jim and use him again. I've recommended him to the property management company managing my condo. Highest marks!

The reason we went with Jim is due to his high ratings here on Yelp and recommendations on Nextdoor.
Unfortunately our experience did not match the reviews and raves from neighbors.
I had to have him come out 2 times.
-The first time he came out to fix the caulking around our sink and granite countertop. The caulking on the sink seperated due to wetness and not removing the old caulking and the caulking on the countertop started lifting up so we had him come out another time.
-The second time he came out he just layered on caulking on the sink in 2 minutes and left. Since he didn't dry the area well enough or remove the old caulking it molded.
We ended up having to buy our own materials to recaulk the sink and countertop ourselves.
