Luke was efficient, and successfully installed the new faucet, In spite of some difficulties posed by the construction of the corner sink.He had to carve out some wood so the metal washer would fit. He was polite and professional. He delivered the standard of service I have come to expect from all ASI service technicians. That is outstanding service!

I had multiple plumbing jobs that I needed done in my home, including replacing my 75 gal. water heater, kitchen sink&faucet replacement and re-routing a hot water line, and repair of some leaky fixtures. A wide scope of work! I used ASI under recommendation from a friend who had used ASI, also owning an older home..fixer-upper (circa 1971).

I wanted quality work yet didn't want the job going on for numerous days as I had experienced using other contractors. Rodrigo Beltran was Lead on the crew of 3 that showed up to my home as scheduled. They all worked diligently on each project, even having on hand parts I wouldn't expect in inventory on their truck. That's what I've noticed usually stalls jobs with other contractors; not having right parts on hand. My older home can reveal surprises during repairs/renovations, yet Rodrigo and crew maintained a ""can do"" attitude throughout. I liked that!!!

Rodrigo was personable, clear with communication, answered any questions I had about the work. Importantly, they were very neat, organized; no dings or damage to walls, floors, and even shop vac'd their work areas leaving them clean. Double bonus! Thanks ASI, Rodrigo and crew. Job well done.

TOTAL SCAM - they don't do any of the work promised on ANY coupons you see. That's just their way in to scam you on other work. I reached out for both a leak and AC tune-up at the same time. I had a leak analysis coupon ""FREE"", yet it cost me $225, and I had an AC tune-up coupon for $87, and he didn't do any tuneup - just recommended a $1900 replacement of parts that haven't failed. Don't even get me started on how they managed the leak ($225 + $500 and now they want $3500 to dry and close the wall AND change out a water heater that wasn't leaking). Their website has selective reviews...you've been warned.

ASI has definitely been fine-tuning their operations and we are enjoying a level of service support other companies should be jealous of. The appointment system with optional text/email reminders is welcome when you have a busy schedule.

Love their customer service - always get an answer on the phone, they answer questions, provide an honest and fair quote, are so friendly and professional. They have shown us where we can save money on repairs or replacements, but have also done a top job on things that just needed to be fixed, from the HVAC to the plumbing.

From the professional estimator Eric who drew up the plans for our HVAV project, to the install crew headed by Jesus who made it happen, I found the ASI team to be professional, efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. Once again ASI reigns supreme. Chris Taylor was part of the crew that repiped our whole house a couple months ago. Today he was back for a follow up on a low water pressure issue and solved it quickly. ASI are my people for plumbing, AC/heating. Their customer service skills are off the charts...

Ron Henricks, Tyler Road, Chris Taylor, and Josh Hawthorne, and their team all worked on replumbing our main and recirc lines at a 9 unit condo building and did an amazing job, juggling all of our nuisances, and finished on time and followed up to move dryer units for our separate Drywall person. Excellent team. I would hire them for anything. Sad I didn't know they did HVAC because I would have used them for that.

Our AC was on its way out despite yearly maintenance, it has been required Freon every year for years. We contacted ASI to do an estimate. ASI always send you a picture of all the technician coming to your house, so there is no surprise. They are always on time.Everyone are so courteous and polite. There is no criticizing other companies, just factual facts. Eric P is so knowledgeable and has been with ASI for over 30 yrs. He put our mind at ease and gave us a good estimate + discount since we are recurring customer. Jesus P and Christian R did a great job insulting the unit, especially the new unit is slight bigger then the old one - they have to do some maneuver on landscape to get the unit to fit into the spot. Everyone is so professional and the whole experience is excellent. There are other companies that offer cheaper price, but is the aggravation and stress that cause you wroth saving the few dollars. I have use ASI for heating few years ago and now again with AC. I am very happy with my experience.
