Doing our annual pre-summer checkup on our AC & heating, Justin was a great help, and a very honest and upfront technician. He took our budget into consideration and only presented recommended repairs to help keep our current system going for a few years to allow us to save for an eventual system replacement & upgrade.

ASI, aka The White Glove Guys, have been providing excellent maintenance service since we moved in, we'll be looking to them first when it comes time to upgrade our system.

Probably not the cheapest, defiantly not the most expensive. But the job is going to be done correctly. They have done a new ac for me a couple years ago and a new water heater completed today. I have met several employees and all have seemed very competent and totally cool. Again, not the cheapest but I trust this company.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. They don't keep you informed of what is going on.they installed my solar panels then I didn't hear from them for over a week I had to call them to find out what was going on they told me they had to wait for SDGE to come out and approve where they were going to put the new panel. I thought ok then they can hook it up again nothing for a week after SDGE came out still not working but the panel is there again I call to find out what is going on and they now have to wait for the building inspector. I had to call to find out each step they do not keep you informed of what is next it took 3 months to get it done. I was promised discounts but the send me a bill at the end and there are no discounts. They don't keep you informed and they lie to you I wish I would have looked them up on Yelp before I had them do the work. 3 star rating I guess it is my fault because I didn't look them up

Both Professional & Reliable
We've used ASI for years. $ is a bit on the premium side, but the attendant value is spot on. Most recently Chad & then Mike assessed and then replaced our leaking hot water heater well within 24 hours. Both called ahead as promised and both were on time. Stellar service from the company that takes care of our HVAC systems as well.

ASI is a bit of a rip-off. I scheduled a tune-up on one of their ads. Instead they found that I had a blown fuse. They ended up charging me $209 to replace a $5 fuse. The service guys said the cost was mostly labor even though it only took him 5 minutes. So that's like $2400 an hour.

Requested ASI come out to quote on a leak at the hose bib. They were prompt and friendly. The service guy started to go through the quote with me item by item and the prices were outrageous! I was quoted over $620 for a water pressure regulator valve, which I knew to be no more than $200 on the high side!!! Not at all an affordable option! I guess they have to pay for those commercials somehow!!!!!

I had a bad experience with ASI's Heating division and wrote a one star Review last month about how their tech told me I needed a $400+ part for my furnace; but when I got a second opinion, the other (more honest) company cleaned a couple of parts on my furnace and it immediately came back on and has been running very well ever since. I received an e-mail from ASI management offering me a Plumbing Service Call and Diagnostic Check-up, at no charge to 'set things right' and give them another chance to earn my trust. It just so happened that my water pressure had become very low that week (to all my faucets and tubs) so I accepted ASI's offer for a diagnostic evaluation from their Plumbing Dept. After checking many things, ASI's tech told me I needed to replace four items to correct the problem and his quote was for an amount just under $2000! Long story short, I called another plumber to get a SECOND OPINION. Louie from Louie's Plumbing came out and within 5 minutes discovered the problem and corrected it. NO parts needed! He said, whenever I see a whole house water softener, that's the first thing I check. He shut off the by-pass valve and Voila, all the water pressure immediately came back on thru all my faucets and tubs. That faulty water tank was exchanged for a clean one from my water service company and I have had perfect water pressure ever since. All I can say about ASI, is if you want an expert opinion in Heating or Plumbing and want to save thousands of dollars and get the job done right, get a SECOND OPINION from another company.
