Excellent company . My hot water tank was leaking . They answered my call and came to my assist quickly , diagnosed the issue and explained completely what needed to be done . They ordered my new tank same day and was installed within 4 days. Very efficient and reliable . Highly recommend. The quote they gave me was very reasonable . Work was done in only a few hours . As part of the Mass Save program we decided to have mini-splits installed in our home for heating and cooling. David from Ashley Swift came to assess or needs and provided us with an estimate and everything we needed to know. He took his time and answered all our questions. Very disappointed in how they treated my mother. They were pushy and if you choose not to go with the most expensive model, they drop you and move on to another customer and don't follow through. Don't worry, they still managed to get about $1,000 for showing up and not repairing a thing.

Had my heating system repaired. Cost was $200 for a part and $1,500 for 8 hours labor. Entire heating system stopped working 2 Days later. Ashley Swift does not do Emergency Calls. It's November, and I have no heat. Was forced to sign a contract to get another company to come.

I recently purchased a home and had to have a plumber come to install our gas range. I have a very tight schedule and it is sometimes hard to get appointments outside of ""normal business hours of 9-5"". I called Ashley Swift & Sons two days ago and they were able to send someone out this morning for 7 AM.
Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and funny to boot.
The service went smoothly and our range is now working. He was done by 8. And that's WITH him having to leave to pick up the parts he needed for the service.
They said they charge $85/hour, plus parts, which seems reasonable compared to some other plumbers I looked in to.
All in all, quite happy with this service and will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

My husband called to ask if anyone was available to replace water tank.the lady on the phone was not help at all! She was snotty and said well then u better have someone else look at it!! Not friendly!

They are friendly, and their work is perfect. The cost is about half of a normal plumbing company around 70 a hour compared to 140 for most. And their work is still outstanding.
