I called AMPs to have two toilets replaced. I was told they would call back with an appointment. After waiting a few days and never getting a call, I called again. I was told they could call sometime next week to schedule an appointment. On Thursday the following week, I called Curties-Huntley plumbing and they scheduled my appointment for the next day. They new toilets are in and I still haven't heard from AMPs.
It's a shame I have to give them one star when they can't even complete a phone call. I guess with AMPs, it's ""Don't call us, we'll call you.""

These guys are the best. I have need emergency repairs on two occasions they came through each and every time for me. I cant say enough about the great service they provided

Great service and very knowledgeable plumbers. We wanted to add a laundry sink in our garage. Found an cabinet, purchased the sink, faucet, counter top etc. just needed a plumber to drill through the wall to connect up the system. Mario came over and within 2 hours, he not only got us connected but also helped screw down the counter top to the cabinet, got the sink to sit properly and caulked. As I was observing Mario get us connected, I suggested a ""short cut"" but he quickly told me that my advice would not pass code although it could of worked. That's why you hire professionals.!!
AMPS came in on budget and the work was completed under the time we had scheduled. The front office staff was very responsive and kept me up to date on scheduling issues. Plumbers do have to respond to emergencies and schedules do get adjusted.
Great firm and it is now our plumbing firm of choice.

Meh... I was super stoked to try them out finally. Had a few issues, wasn't terribly impressed and hoping it was just an off situation.
We had a small leak near the sink and I wasn't around to check it out. I'd called for an estimate for work and was given a scheduled date and time. The time came and went and the day was almost over with no word from them. I called AMPS up to see what happened and found out they ""forgot"" to call me. They ran over and shut the water main off to stop the leak from causing further damage. Decent save for the forgetting to call...
After another reschedule, I had the guy come out and quote me $300 for a pretty simple job. If I didn't have my hands so full, I woulda made the repair myself. I told him if he can get it to $200 I'd pay to have him do it, otherwise I'll pass. We settled on $200.
Today I received the invoice for over $250. I called them up and spoke w Kim. She didn't seem to care that I was quoted one price and billed another.
They get a bonus star for shutting the water main off and delivering my house key to me at work. I would consider another try with them just to see if this was an ""off day"" or not...
