On 2/23/2018 Tim Ashby repaired our biking duel fuel range: replaced the oven bottom heating element.

Tim arrived on time, identified the part needed and provided a written estimate of total repair costs. Tim returned in 2 days and completed the repair ( installation of new element).

Tim was professional, courteous, and demonstrated an extensive knowledge about our viking range by providing additional explanations about its operations.

The repair was completed on time and per quote.

2016 began for us with a series of accidents (truck vs. deer, car vs. ice) and appliance malfunctions. As such we were left low on cash when the icemaker in the fridge started freezing the door shut and the dishwasher crapped out altogether. We called Ashby's on Saturday expecting to get a Monday appointment if we were lucky. No such thing - They had a guy out and he would come by that day! He showed up on time and dressed as a professional. He was clean and neat and had both appliances fixed and the kitchen back in order before the kids and I finished watching Goosebumps! (and the dishwasher at one point was in pieces all over the kitchen). And the best part? The very reasonable price for the service call and repair. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the prompt, friendly response to our call. Keeping this one on speed dial in case of a future appliance problem.
