Didnt show up to the job after they committed. They didn't even call, they just texted the day of my appointment telling me that they were swamped. At least tell me a day ahead. Very inconsiderate. I'm not questioning their work because obviously I never saw it. What this review is about is their reliability. Honor your commitments, people depend on you.

I found Ashbrook's Plumbing on Yelp, I called them because of the positive reviews. I was totally impressed by Martin's professionalism. He was understanding and followed through as he said he would. He worked on my mother's rental that needed immediate attention. Martin made this plumbing dilemma a pleasant experience. I would use Martin again, I highly recommend Ashbrook's Plumbing. I have only been in this area for about a year. When my toilet started to leak, I went to Google to search for a local plumber. I called a couple of them but refused their service due to their ridiculously high estimate cost. Then I saw Ashbrook. I called and the price was Fair. I made an appointment for the next day. Martine was on time, pleasant, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He did not price gouge. Ashbrook will be my 'go to' company for all things plumbing as long as I am in the Barstow area.
