Jill P.Called one day as furnace was acting wonky during cold weather and they were able to get a tech out to me the next day. Caleb did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what the problem was and fixed it quickly and did a repair so that the issue should never happen again. Excellent, professional service and as our furnace is coming to the end of its life, we will very likely be purchasing a new one from Ash Creek in the near future. (And I don't know why it says I'm from CA when I'm from WI.)
