Had an issue with the Main water line to the house. I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me. They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company. No disappointments. Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a ""free"" inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day. Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time. Work took about an hour and issue was resolved. No complaints.

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him. He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!
