Recommended Customer Reviews

We've used this company three different times all emergency calls and they showed up on time and got the job done! No need for a long review cause they got the job done!!!

Keith just fixed my hot water leaking issue in the crawl space! I called him yesterday and he was able to come the next day to give me an estimate. He was nice enough to also call me several hours before our appointment to let me know he was running late from another job. He arrived with another person (Peter) and went under the crawl space and was able to determine the leak was from a pipe in the crawl space (versus in the wall) and gave me an estimate right away. I think the estimate was reasonable given the kind of work. I authorized him to go ahead with the work and he immediately went ahead to fix the issue quickly and professionally and also explained to me very clearly the cause of the issue.

We called Keith to flush out our tankless water heater, since we noticed some inefficiency with hot water throughout the house. He surpassed our expectations. We noticed an immediate difference afterward: the hot water is reaching various parts out house more quickly. Keith went beyond the scope of the job, explaining other things in response to some questions we had about some vibration in our shower head. He showed up promptly for the appointment (even a bit early, which was great) and left with everything addressed. Excellent business; we'll be calling him again for future plumbing issues.

Keith knows everything there is to know about Navien Tankless Water heaters. He was the only one who seemed to really know much about repairs. Most Plumbers seem to only know how to install new ones. Keith has a Navien Certification. I in fact, got his name from Navien's list of Certified Repair People.
He came out quickly, fixed the problem with had and his price was very reasonable. Today, five years later my Navien set a Code and he told me how to fix it over the phone, free of charge. Really great guy and not as greedy as most contractors seem to be these days. I highly recommend you support his business. I know I will!

Keith is fantastic! He is prompt, courteous, and professional. A few days ago, our water heater suddenly stopped providing hot water. The pilot would not stay on even after I tried re-lighting it so I called Keith. He came over the next morning and informed us that he could fix it for a very reasonable price. He didn't try to sell us on a bigger repair or replacement. He was very honest with his assessment. The only comment Keith made was that our water heater was very old and may need replacing in the future.
Having done my research beforehand, I knew Keith was right in that the water heater was very old and due for a replacement. We inquired the cost of replacing as well as recommended brands and Keith walked us through all of it. He broke down the pros and cons of various brands and gave us a very reasonable price. We agreed to do it and Keith was able to squeeze us into his schedule the very next day. He came by with his guy and they installed the new water heater and hauled away our old one. We're now up and running with hot water thanks to Keith!
If you need help, I highly recommend him as he is a licensed plumber, professional, courteous, and more importantly a candid person who will treat you fairly.

Had issues on my tankless and the manufacturer asked me to contact a few of the licensed plumbers. Called & left messages for several local places. These are the only guys who returned the call. When I described the problem, he gave me a solution. That's it. None of the ""I have to come & see what the problem is"" BS or other nonsense. I think I found a good plumber! Keep up the great work

Today Kei came out to repair my water heater. He did a great job. He was hear on time and charged what he said he was going to charge. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

Update!! Two years later, thermal coupling still working without a problem! Not one water heater problem since Kei came out!

I suppose it was my fault for not asking for a quote before scheduling an appointment.
After the plumber (Peter) arrived, I explained the issue and I was quoted $260 for parts and labor. I thought there would be a more comprehensive evaluation on how the heater was functioning overall, but there wasn't. I hesitantly agreed since I had already waited 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time for him to arrive and I wasn't in the mood to haggle.
It probably took 30 minutes (maybe less) for the repair which basically involved replacing two hoses at the top of the heater. In hindsight, it's something I could have easily done myself but I guess I wanted the expertise of someone to look at it more thoroughly....which never really happened.
I think if the minimum labor charge was applied $150 plus $30 parts (I looked up the cost at Home Depot) = $180 total....that would have been a fair price.
At any rate, I'll just learn from the experience next time and ask more questions.

Called at least 5 places in Alameda and only one responded and the earliest was Friday to come out. Call Keith last and he picked up right away. Texted over pics of the water heater and confirmed and came over at 3 p.m. Ended up having my gas shut off tripped from the outside, but Keith took a look at everything and recommended a new tank since it's 17 years old. He reset the pilot and everything was back to normal. Planning to give him a call in a few weeks when I'm ready to swap out tanks. Pleasure to work with and very responsive. Wish all places were like this.
