Our hot water stopped working and we have a tankless Navien water heater. Navien's website had ASAP as a certified service tech, among others, but Keith was the only one that answered when I called on a Friday evening. I was able to get an appointment on Saturday afternoon. My
MIL met him Saturday and said he was great - very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. Keith found that birds had been trapped and died in the vent and apparently were blocking the hot water. He was able to fix the problem and clean everything out in around 30 mins. And I got a receipt texted/emailed to me. Would definitely work with ASAP again! Thank you!!

We are entirely satisfied with Mr. Keith Lee's service, communication, response time and demeanor on the job. He will come to the residence and inspect the job before it happens to quote and he remains faithful to the quote. I called on day 1 and he was able to come to my residence at a mutually agreed time. He took 30 minutes to inspect the job requirement of installing a Navien Tankless Water Heater, our first jump to tankless where our old leaking tank water heater was installed noting the water intake, gas intake and venting spaces. On day 2 he and his assistant installed the unit. They were methodical, professional and did not rush the job. The cleanup was as professional with removal of the old tank. He offered a post flushing service once every year or two for a reasonable maintenance cost. I would recommend ASAP Water Heater & Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional, honest installation. I will be calling Mr. Lee in the future for all of our home needs. He was a great find and Yelp was instrumental on our choice of vendor.

Finally! Someone who knows what they're doing and takes the time to educate/explain, that is, if you're like me and would like to know what's going on. We had a horrible experience with a different company who installed our Navien tankless water heater. I didn't even know things were still not right until we had Keith come for a service/cleaning of our unit. He was able to see that a few things were not set up quite right on the dashboard and physically...he fixed it. Now one bathtub finally gets full hot water that never did. We've been suffering for 3 years! He is really kind, smart, professional and clearly an expert on Navien systems. He took the time to check a few extra things out for me, about flow as well. Bonus, Keith is super responsive to his phone calls and good about keeping his schedule or keeping you posted. I really appreciate his service style. Highly recommend. Cheers.

This company lives up to its name.

When you have a broken water heater over a holiday weekend, calling someone to come out immediately is impossible. Enter ASAP, who was able to come out the next afternoon and install a new one for cheaper than the businesses that we called that were not available to come out for the next few days.

The water is hot again and if anything changes (they came out on Monday and it's now Friday), I will update this review.

Keith installed my water heater two years ago! Delighted with the quick response and incredibly efficient tankless water heater so far. Today, very happy he fit me in when I called to say my water heater was completely turned off. He was able to quickly reset it in less than one minute by pushing the reset button on the outlet. I thought I had pushed it this morning, but he showed me that I hadn't pushed it hard enough and that I can confirm it's reset when the green light on the outlet is lit. If your water heater stops working, especially in the torrential rains we've been having, use a screwdriver to firmly push the reset button on the outlet so you can save the $50 service call if Keith comes to do it.

Keith just fixed my hot water leaking issue in the crawl space! I called him yesterday and he was able to come the next day to give me an estimate. He was nice enough to also call me several hours before our appointment to let me know he was running late from another job. He arrived with another person (Peter) and went under the crawl space and was able to determine the leak was from a pipe in the crawl space (versus in the wall) and gave me an estimate right away. I think the estimate was reasonable given the kind of work. I authorized him to go ahead with the work and he immediately went ahead to fix the issue quickly and professionally and also explained to me very clearly the cause of the issue.

We called Keith to flush out our tankless water heater, since we noticed some inefficiency with hot water throughout the house. He surpassed our expectations. We noticed an immediate difference afterward: the hot water is reaching various parts out house more quickly. Keith went beyond the scope of the job, explaining other things in response to some questions we had about some vibration in our shower head. He showed up promptly for the appointment (even a bit early, which was great) and left with everything addressed. Excellent business; we'll be calling him again for future plumbing issues.
