Installed two new toilets for us. They were prompt with the COI and other documentation required by my coop. They sent two people who showed up on time, and were able to install a toilet each, which was well appreciated. I'll definitely be using them in the future for plumbing or other needs.

We were so pleased when ASAP Solutions came last week with very short notice, the day before Christmas, to install sink/vanity units in our 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the work they did, their professionalism and courteous manner.

Twice, we had issues with our kitchen sink and called Udi and his team. The first time they came right away fixing a leak and replacing the pipes. The job was clean efficient. The second time, the sink was clogged and they had to bring a 75ft snake to go all the way to the basement. The team was courteous and resourceful as they were trying to figure out what was happening. They ultimately had to open holes in the wall but closed them back after the job was done. Again very clean job and Udi keeps you aware of what it is gonna take so that there are no surprises.

Honestly, this plumber was not great. The work was deficient. Udi sent a trainee to repair my shower fixture and he clearly didn't know what he was doing. The ""more experienced"" plumber waited outside in the truck because there is no parking in Manhattan. When he was called up to the apartment to help, he was rude and impatient. The trainee wound up doing something screwy to my shower which has not worked properly since the ""repair."" I found ASAP unprofessional and incompetent and not repairman I would trust. I regret having used them.

Udi and David did a great job for me today.
I was suspicious of my electricity. One of my light switches burned out and the super said he would repair it, but since that had to be scheduled for later 'or you can do it yourself', time started to tell what was going on. Since light switches are easy enough I did a DIY repair, only for the circuit to short again and this time not come back on. I called the electrician as this seemed like a bigger problem. And it kind of was as now I was in the dark since one breaker controlled 90% of my apartment - lights, refrigerator. Udi answered my first call. I texted him my address. His guy was here in an hour, diagnosed the problem. Got the pieces they needed, and conducted the repair right away. We talked to my building and management approved the charges. When my super gave them a hard time about opening the basement to see the building's electrical system, they did their best to get it done. Sometimes patiently, sometimes a little more persistently. Despite it taking extra time they stuck it out. They restored me to light!! And even offered the strategic touch of putting in multiple breakers so that moving forward I wouldn't have 90% of my electricity through one breaker, (this was approved) and so now I am in better shape so should anything weird happen, I will not be in such a desperate situation. Thank you Udi and team. It is so great for people to simply Do Your Job. It sounds easy, but it really was a great thing to have these guys show up and get the job done and make my apartment better for today and for the future. They are direct, doers. If you're looking for chit chat you may choose someone else. For honesty, efficiency, long term livability, and doing it right, I will call Udi again anytime for the real deal. Despite being a new customer he picked up every call and treated me like a VIP, even coming on site when the job was more than just changing a misbehaving light switch. He processed credit card payment via Square on the spot and emailed the receipt. I am so pleased to have my problem solved not just 100% but 110%. Thank you Udi and team!

These guys were amazing (Tony and David).
Showed up promptly and had to figure out how to re-install a faucet into a very narrow opening.
They actually went with me to Home Depot to make sure that I bought the correct size, which was not at all straightforward.
Then afterward, had to cut out a metal fitting in order for the housing to fit.
Basically, they didn't give up until the job was done.
Nothing more to add--I'm now a customer for life, don't even think about using someone else.

Wow these guys were great!! We had a leaky faucet, and called so many people to try and get it fixed. Dealt with many false starts and people that could not provide the insurance/COI that my building needed. ASAP answered and was ready to schedule immediately (and even sent me photos and videos to show me the work was done to my satisfaction). Took care of everything professionally and quickly. ASAP did a superb job replacing my toilet! Highly recommended.

Communication before the appointment was great. They were the only plumber I spoke to that consistently picks up my calls. They asked detailed questions before scheduling so they could give me an accurate quote. ( My toilet was a Toto Neorest and more complex to install). They also handled the insurance requirement in a very speedy fashion.

ASAP showed up to the appointment on time and was very meticulous with the job. It took longer than expected due to the complexity with the new toilet but they still took the time with each step to make sure the result was amazing.

I had a problem with the water pressure that was a little bit tricky to solve but they figured it out, removed an old filtration system. Now our water pressure is really good.

Responsive, 2 workers arrived on time. Job: faucet replacement. Naturally, it was more difficult than expected & cost more than original estimate. Estimates, especially without a prior visit to assess, are blue sky every-thing-will work-fine. I knew the faucet to be replaced was old (warned them when I called) & deteriorating. Our Super wouldn't touch it! There was an additional issue with the sink placement, which meant they could not get behind the sink to replace the stopper without moving the sink off the wall it was attached to. I said they could just leave the old stopper, but they replaced everything, even sending one guy out to get caulking to reinstall the sink. It looks great! They were competent, hardworking & did a good job. The office was professional & responsive. For anyone that has actually done repairs, it is almost always more difficult & complicated & costly (time, equipment) than expected. The issue becomes one of competence, successful completion & professionalism. Yelp can be helpful.
