We emailed Udi for a consult, and he answered his email in timely manner. He sent his crew Jimmy and Oscar to fix our tub faucet leaks.They were punctual and very polite and professional. They did a great job and I highly recommend to anyone. I probably will have them for other fix job in the future too.

I had an incredibly positive experience with ASAP solutions just yesterday, 1/20/18. Water had been coming out of the drainage pipe of my washer/dryer unit (even when it was not running) and filling the apartment, and the super was unable to find anyone to come for two days (it was a Saturday). When I called, Udi took the time to speak with me over the phone, ask questions, and walked me through a couple of tests to help determine what the problem was. Once we determined the issue, Udi contacted one of his workers, Jimmie, who arrived at my apartment within 90 minutes. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and competent. The problem was fixed quickly and satisfactorily. I felt very comfortable and positive the whole time. It was exactly what we needed. The name ASAP Solutions was definitely fitting, and the Yelp reviews that lead me to contact them were spot on! Thank you so much.

These guys are awesome!! My tenant was having an issue with the hot water sensor and another plumbing service could not figure out the problem. I called these guys and they went right over. I called at about 11am and spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Udi. He promised me someone will be at my office to check the bathroom between 1-3 and they arrived at 2pm just as promised. Work took about 20 min for the guys to repair! Very professional, very nice and the price was amazing! I was expecting to pay a lot more since every time you call someone to an office in NYC the price goes up but for my surprises the price was fair and absolutely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again when I need any plumbing or electrical work.

Amazing experience with Udi and team! Didn't want to let any of them go because they were all very professional, friendly and treated us, their customers, like treasure. They finished everything per the contract and went beyond.
We had Udi do everything in our apt from painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry to general maintenance. The best part is he is insured, provided all the documents on time, and he is very prompt with responding to email and always answers his phone. Regarding any feedback, he accepts in a very professional manner, and solutions quickly. We couldn't be happier with Udi and his team given that our co-op is very particular with COI and Workers comp limits, and he had everything. The best part is he provided consultantation rather than just say yes/no to our requests, which is very much appreciated. We will definitely be hiring him and his team again for more projects! Michael did a great job! Somehow the main pipe of my building was clogged and water popped out of my bath if I ran water anywhere else. He came and drained really deep to make sure it was totally fixed. He was very patient and professional and even tried to clean up the mess after everything was done.

I came home from work after 7 p.m. one night last week to find a broken toilet. I called a few companies, who either didn't answer or gave me four-hour windows for service. When I called ASAP, Udi answered right away and promised to be at my place in just over an hour -- and he was. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the right part. But he showed me how to flush the toilet in the interim and had a team at my place by 9:30 a.m. the next day. They made the repair in 20 minutes, and the price was completely fair. I cannot recommend this company highly enough based on my experience.
