I had a fantastic experience with ASAP. Their front office was extremely professional and accommodating. They squeezed in my repair within a few hours of calling given they had a number of obstacles from my building requiring proof of insurance to the time constraints my building allowed for repairs, it was impressive.

One important element is communication and they kept me informed. They showed up on time and went straight to work. Within 30 minutes the repair was done and they cleaned everything up. The repair was done flawlessly.

What can I say, problem solved in literally 5 minutes! I live in a luxury building with an amazing maintenance staff. I also have the best handyman around. Between the two, I can usually get anything fixed without issue. I ran into an issue with a ceiling light that neither my building nor my handyman could repair. Frustrated, I came to Yelp! I called Udi and he was professional, friendly, and accommodating. He also has amazing rates. His employee arrived within the time window and legitimately fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Hired ASAP Solutions at my residence when a small glass bottle was accidentally flushed down the toilet. Called on a Saturday and they gave us a $250 quote to come Monday, waited to check around and found that other places either weren't as responsive, couldn't give us a quick window of time, and some even wanted to charge upwards of $600. ASAP Solutions came on Monday and were true to their quote. Overall great experience, and we were just relieved it worked out thanks to this company.
