Thats all Bull shit. You can't just upgrade my electric allotment, it doesn't work that way. You're an electrician, you should know that. The building only gets so much power, I cant just add more. And even if i could, it would cost me thousands of dollars. Thats a ridiculous and and another irresponsible recommendation.

Additionally, I am not building my house around a water heater, that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Now you're pointing fingers at the new workers? Come on man, do you want me to post the video of their comments? they were shaking their heads when they saw what you had done to the wiring and no one including myself could understand why you would take 80% of my allotted power and put it towards a hot water heater. Not to mention, its not even using the full amount of amps it was set up for, its using half the power (40 amps) because you know as well as anyone, the system cant handle the full 80 amps. And you rigged it to put out only 40, but you never told me that, you just did it cuz it worked at the time. Thats why when i turned on the breaker to give it 80 amps, it tripped the main circuit and shut down my entire apartment.

You think because you have so many positive reviews that I am wrong? You beg for reviews in every email you send out, that's unethical by the way.
You think I'm just looking for someone to blame? Well let me tell you something, you are dead wrong and so are the people who left you these solicited reviews. You screwed me big time, and you never once told me you would take care of it at no charge, it all comes with a price, whats next?

I haven't had hot water for 4 months because of this disaster. You butchered the electrical, all against code and you made a very bad decision on my behalf. Now you want more money to fix it, just like when you first came to me and told me it would cost $800 and I wound up paying you over $1800.

Why didn't YOU tell me before you put it in that i needed to upgrade my electrical? You told me that AFTER you started the job, in other words you were not upfront with me at all.

I just got a quote to install my tank system from Home Depot, its gonna cost me about $1500, they need to redo the electrical and plumbing to get the unit in place and working. All total it is costing me about $4000 not to mention the headaches and time I had to take from work to deal with this nonsense.

Udi, Like I said, you're a hustler. Just like your reply to my review, you're a fast talker with an answer and solution for everything. Never at fault.
Problem is, when I put you in front of a real professional like when i put you on the phone with my plumber, you start to squirm, you don't agree with them, you didnt understand why they work the way they do. They have to pass code, they are accountable. You do your work like it's the Wild West, anything and everything goes and who cares how much it costs. Lots of rich people in manhattan right? Well it was pretty obvious to me who the experts were and who the butchers were. Seems like you're the only one who works off code and thinks thats all good.

I can't even tell you how upset this all has made me, not to mention the fact that I cant do anything at my apartment without hot water. You really did a number on me, all you had to do was admit you were wrong and offer to install the tank system no charge. Instead you offered costly solutions and played the innocent card.

I'll take my losses and move on but dont try to weasel out of this like an innocent bystander. Admit that what you did is wrong,

ASAP Solutions exceeded my expectations. I was getting very stressed out out about my leaking tub drain impacting the downstairs neighbor. They responded to my Yelp inquiry quickly, and were pleasant, showed up in the two hour window, the job was done rapidly, and they cleaned up afterwards too. Every effort was made to test the work, to insure the problem was solved. The price was reasonable.

Asap always comes to my rescue and makes sure they get the job done when I need it. First time was my toilet and they made sure I didn't go without a bathroom. This past time my faucet broke and they went to Home Depot to pick up my new one since I was out of town. Everything was updated and they're just a text away. Udi and his guys are the greatest. Here's our story. We had a mysterious slow leak in our NYC apartment that damaged our wood floor--blackened it and made it buckle. We had plumbers and flooring people come in to look at it. The plumbers couldn't figure out the source of the leak & recommended that we just start demolishing our walls and floor until we found it. We passed on that idea. The flooring people told us that the leak had stopped and advised us to re-floor the area. So we did. But the leak hadn't stopped. Their new flooring was blackened and buckling within 6 months. Two thousand down the drain.

Finally we found Udi and ASAP Solutions. Within an hour of arriving in our apartment, using a logical process of investigation grounded in experience, he and his guys found the source of the leak and stopped it. They worked with us over a period of six months to make sure everything stayed dry before they would even consider re-flooring. And when they finally did it it, they did a careful, good-looking job. Udi's team knows plumbing, carpentry, construction--the works. They are reliable, smart, communicative and very fair in their pricing. We give them the highest recommendation.

After I had another company cancel my appointment last minute, I called ASAP Solutions and they were able to not only fit me in same day, but they went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done CORRECTLY. I really appreciate the work, thoroughness, and professionalism shown by this company and their workers. I was in contact with both the head plumber and the owner of the company multiple times throughout the day to update me on the status of getting a necessary part to fix my leak, the cost, etc. and I never felt like I was being cheated or up-sold.
