had Asap sewer & drain team come work in my sump pit because I had a horrible smell. The technician came we paid a service fee that nobody told us about, that said we did not care and we paid it. Yesterday, after the frustration of not having the smell go away, I called them back to ""close and clean the pit"". The technician said he thought it was a problem with my drain tile, and he suggested having it looked up with a camera and not do anything else with the pit, after that he told me I needed to pay $375. I said ""you did not do anything"" he said I had to pay him anyway. I told him that the lady on the phone told me $350 and that the $50 for the first visit would apply to the visit. He said ""if 300 is all you have I will take that, and he took the cash"" he did not even give me a receipt. After all of this, I called the company multiple time and left a message, but they did not call back. I would definitely not recommend them, I feel robbed and taken advantage of. I had a different company come, they did a FREE estimate with no hidden fees and apologized for the lack of professionalism ASAP provided.

We had a sewer blockage from the house to the street. We called ASAP on a Friday around 3:30. They told us we would be charged extra for after hours charges. We were also expected/required to sign a contract that stated we could not hold them liable even if any damage was caused by their technician's negligence before work would begin. It took about 90 minutes to complete the work. The technician called back to the fife to get the billing amount. They charged us over $600 for this service which is much more than I've ever been charged before on any of my other properties for the same service. These guys are a rip off. Do NOT use ASAP Sewer and Drain service.....

Spoke with Eric over the phone and through Yelp messages no more than 5 minutes after requesting a plumbing service. There are many issues with my bathroom sink: drain line may be clogged, p trap may be installed wrong, the sink itself has a crack, but Eric helped me every step of the way. Would recommend ASAP if you want fast, dependable service from technicians who know what they're talking about!

I called and someone came out tonight.
I am so thankful they are open because I couldn't get an answer from anyone else.
They charged me a fair price for a Tuesday night call. I recommend them for the fast and friendly service.

I am updating my review to two because of the bad weather we had, I am sympathetic for this but I am thoroughly disappointed that we had to wait two days to get service, I personally had to cancel doctors appointments, which is hard with the VA so we could meet up with our plumber who never showed, and didn't even have the respect to give us a phone call to let us know that they were going to be running behind. It is not my job as a customer to be calling and asking why my plumber has not shown up for hours. As a disabled veteran and a college student, I am very busy and I now don't have my books or my parking sticker because I wasted two days waiting on a repair that never got done.

Ultimately my drain is now clean and the serviceman was friendly. However, I made the original appointment online and received no text or email confirmation. So I called the next day about 1 1/2 hours before the appointment to confirm the time and was assured I was on the schedule for 4pm. By 4:30 pm, when no technician was onsite, I called back and was told it would be another 45-60 minutes. The technician arrived at 6:15 pm (105 minutes later).I realize some jobs last longer than anticipated but the lack of communication from the start was very disappointing. I left work 1 1/2 hours early in order to get a 4 pm appointment. I could have left on time for a 6:15 pm appointment.

We had ASAP come to snake our sewer line on 7/3/17 and they guarantee their work for 6 months. We had another problem on 1/5/18 and they are working with us to get it solved.

Good reliable family company! I called the ASAP Neenah location because I've used them before and, as always, they were friendly and the work that needed to be done was scheduled to be fixed and completed the same day. They use booties to keep their feet clean and even showed me what the problem was. I am very happy with their service! :)
