Their man showed up and removed the drain cover off my floor drain in the garage. We realized the drain was blocked with a cake of rust which I chiseled most of it out. He then put the drain cover back on and charged me $150.00 and was here about one half hour.

I have used ASAP numerous times and been very pleased with their work but this last experience was rather stressful. There seemed to be a lack of communication for sure and the technician was very personable and knowledgeable but showed up almost an hour and a half late and seemed to waste more time than necessary. However when I brought this up when the bill was discussed they worked with me and made it fair and I was pleased with the service and charge when all was said and done and look forward to a better experience next time.

I would not recommend them! Poor customer service, unresponsive and they do not follow thru on anything. They charged around $500 to unclog a drain. That did not actually repair the problem then said they would send estimates of the repair. I called and emailed them - they do not get back to me at all. Also I asked for detailed billing on the charge and of course they did not respond. After I learned thru other people had similar experiences.

I had a very good experience with ASAP this week! My sink drain was clogged and after my ""plumbing skills"" didn't work, I called in the Pros! They arrived within 30 minutes and were able to get my drain unplugged. The tech cleaned up after and was professional. I would call ASAP again if needed.

I had a very hard time in finding a business that was able to come out right away to service my duplex rental. Drain in floor was blocked and odorous water was coming up. I called ASAP and not only did they schedule me for the same day but arrived two hours before expected, which was fine by me as I let them know I would be home all day. It was fixed in a timely manner, service tech was professional, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are THE best! Had our floor drain in the basement backup with sewage and couldn't find ANYONE in the Bay Area who could come and do it until mid week. Chris answered right away and was able to come out the next day, in fact he is working on the situation as I am writing this! Very professional, thorough and very attentive to detail. I would absolutely NOT recommend ASAP! The tech was told not to use a blade when cleaning out a pipe but did anyway and got his machine caught 65 ft out. We ended up having to have our yard dug up to retrieve his equipment and have functional plumbing costing us more than $5000. ASAP still demanded $500 in labor after doing nothing but causing damage.

My go-to company for any drain issues! Love that you can make an appointment online (and you get a 5% discount!!). Made one this morning and an hour and a half later John arrived! John was super friendly and thorough, explaining everything to us as he was doing his work. We decided to use a camera to see what was going on in our pipes and he found what we expected: tree roots. We're having them do maintenance twice a year from here on out! Thank you, ASAP!

I would not recommend ASAP for any of your sewer cleaning needs as there are numerous,reputable firms in the Green Bay Area that do sewer cleaning for literally 1/2 the cost. I called ASAP on a Friday afternoon to schedule a
sewer cleaning for the following Monday morning at one of my duplexes. ASAP's General Manager came out and had my tenant sign a consent form before any work was done, then proceeded to take 3 hours to clean the sewer line. The GM called me prior to leaving requesting me to pay immediately for this work. When he told me the service cost $673 I told him I thought his price was excessive and I asked to talk to the owner of ASAP. (I had a similar 3 hour sewer cleaning done about 6 months ago by another local firm and the cost was $300) About an hour after the first call I was called a second time by the GM and in that conversation I again asked to talk with the owner of ASAP about the $673 charge. The GM then said if I paid right now he would drop the service charge 15% to $572 and I could either drop a check with him where he was working or go to ASAP's office at 2733 N Packerland Dr. I went to the Packerland office in an attempt to discuss and hopefully pay the exorbitant bill only to find the office empty but also locked up. The next morning I got a call at 7 am from the GM telling me I was trying to stiff him and that my bill would go to a collection agency if not paid in 7 days. After that call I texted the GM as a last resort, again asking to talk to the owner of ASAP to discuss the charges. The GM texted back ""Next time do us both a favor and call someone else!""
In my over 50 years of working with contractors I have never been treated with such disrespect nor has a simple request to talk to the owner of a service firm been so blatantly ignored. The Green Bay Area has multiple choices for sewer cleaning at fair, competitive prices, look elsewhere!!

Friendly staff, prompt service and fair prices! They are open on holidays too which is a plus! I called them out on New Years Eve when no one else was answering.
