DO NOT HIRE unless you want your property damaged and messed up further. They serviced my property on 11.29.24. They unhooked the water hose from the back of my washer ""to clean up"" and made a complete mess, but then didn't reconnect the hose or move the washer back into place. This led to water streaming out of the back of my washer creating a bigger mess. The worker was bringing the machinery outside after services were rendered and I watched him as he hit my vehicle with the machinery where my car was parked in my driveway. The worker admitted he hit my vehicle and pointed to the damage! I have been going back and forth for almost two weeks about the damage done to my car. They came out and looked at it, but are claiming it's covered under the contract and they aren't liable because I requested their services and they are claiming ""it's structural damage"". Last time I checked my vehicle, parked in the driveway, is not structural or connected to any services rendered. Customer service to try and remedy the damage to my vehicle is awful. They wouldn't tell my who their insurance provider was for almost two weeks and tried to tell me to file it under my own insurance, except I am not at fault nor liable for the damage they inflicted which was in no way associated with services rendered. This company is an absolute joke and don't care about customer's property.

Honest, despenable, and affordable.

If you have plumbing issues or problems that need taken care of. If you have been taken advantage of and overcharged. STOP!! ASAP Sewer and Drain are top-notch! The customer service I can not explain it. The owner works side by side with his employees and is respectful and nice.

I had been used and abused and overcharged and over quoted by many of those billboards around town. Don't fall for their good talking.

Eric at ASAP will explain in detail what needs to be done. He will show you what he did and how it is going to work. What to do if an issue appears.

The service was so phenomenal that he will be the only plumber I will ever use or trust. As a woman I finally knew I wasn't, ngetting screwed over. Ladies IYKYN. It sucks for us. This comany. So not that way!! Call them!!

These guys are unprofessional. Don't hire these guys unless you've called everyone else first.

Their own paperwork marks you liable for any of THEIR equipment that THEY break at your property. Additionally, it requires you to waive any legal recourse you have if they damage your property.

The icing on the cake is this final sentence on bullet point 12 of their paperwork, which reads as follows: ""for the purpose of clarity and the avoidance of doubt, A.S.A.P. does not guarantee the services performed will alleviate, correct, or remedy the problems faced by the customer.""

Before hiring these guys, ask yourself if you want to hire someone who won't stand behind their work. These guys sure won't.

Terrible business.. won't stand behind their work.. overcharged for a job. Problem happened again a little over a month and they wanted to charge us. Would not recommend this business.

They were just okay because of the availability to help us with a slow down in our system when another plumber could not. Otherwise I would give them a 1 star review because they overcharged us. The service guy gave us an estimate for $300-400 but then the bill came to $500. Do NOT pay on site and mandate them to give you the bill later. We had to call several times to itemize our bill and they ""forgot"" to apply our onsite coupon and overcharged on their service fee. We had the contract on hand to do the math and the math wasn't mathing. They gave us some money back and were so kind to give some service credit for ""next time"" (can you sense the sarcasm?). We will only use these guys as our last resort.

This is my first time for choosing a service leave a bad review. For 5 mins unblock my kitchen sink I got charged $250. It literally took him like 5 mins.10 mins on top. Never in my mind I have to pay $250 just for 5 mins work!!! This is ridiculous.I called them about the price over the phone before I agreed their service they said they don't know. So I thought doesn't matter they would charge me fair. Never in my mind I end up pay 250 just for 5 mins work. Tried to send them messages or email online nobody answered back about the over price.The email it won't even sent through from the email address the owner left on the business card. This is not cool. Later on I talked to the manager over the phone she said howcome nobody told you they charge $250 per hour? Well. You only did 5 mins work here.Maybe If in the beginning i got that info right I won't even need to go through this trouble right now. So this is my experience. Not cool at all.

Over $300 to snake a drain!?? It took him 1 hour.
I asked for a price before and was told to call the office. I didn't bother, I just thought they would be fair. Never in my mind did I think it would be more than $150.

I needed my toilet guts replaced and didn't have the time to do it myself. These guys were clean and reliable! Great price, great service! Highly recommend this company!

Their man showed up and removed the drain cover off my floor drain in the garage. We realized the drain was blocked with a cake of rust which I chiseled most of it out. He then put the drain cover back on and charged me $150.00 and was here about one half hour.
