Todd B.I scheduled with them for a pumping a week ago. They called at 11:30 the day of and cancelled due to a commercial emergency elsewhere. Then, they wouldn't schedule me for the following day knowing that I was having issues. Instead they expected me to wait a week or use someone else. How rude! How unprofessional! In my business we would have paid overtime to cover anyone having problems and billed the commercial business extra for the emergency to cover the overtime.
