We have had to use ASAP Services a few time for plumbing issues. They were very responsive sending out a service person right away every time we called. Their service people are very professional, courteous and knowledgable. I recommend them highly!

Pros: The service person showed up exactly at the scheduled time. An appointment was available within a short period of time after my original call.

Cons: After discussion with other people in the trades, I believe that we paid more than the fair market value for the services rendered. We just moved into a new home and needed a gas range connected to an existing supply line, and we had all the necessary parts. The service person was done 10 minutes after he arrived, and handed my wife a bill for almost $400.

I may be wrong, but that seems like a lot of money for a little work. And I did not ask for an estimate first, but I surely learned my lesson.
