I've used Christian's service for a few years now for everything from a toilet repair to a complete repiping out to the sewage line. He and his team are very thorough and responsive, providing plenty of updates and photos for reference. His pricing is also fair and competitive. I did my due diligence on a few of the larger projects, and his rates were well below other businesses I contacted. Turnaround time is great for emergency needs as well. I consider him my go-to plumber for jobs big and small, and I highly recommend his services!

ASAP Rooter & Plumbing came out within a couple hours of our contact. It was non-urgent. He arrived on-time. He offered a free estimate. He examined the problem and was not pushy or aggressive about what technique to use. We wanted to try the snake first and then we checked the camera (high tech). Christian is the owner and was my technician. He is very good at explaining the issues etc. He also is very patient with answering all our questions. His prices are very fair. I got more than one estimate. I didn't tell him the estimate yet he was much lower... He didn't bad mouth other companies (but the first plumber did). So thank you ASAP & Christian (+his helper). This review has gone long and you don't know me but Christian was really nice & good communicator. I would not hesitate to call him again!!!

Response time from posting the request for a quote was the quickest among those Yelp referred me to. Christian even wanted to pay a visit and squeeze us in between his schedules late afternoon if only I had time. So ended up sending Alonso the following morning instead. Arrived 30 mins earlier than planned. Very professional. Replaced shower fixtures/cartridge successfully. Mindful of the mess and tried to clean up after as well.

Customer service from Christian from start to finish is awesome! He definitely knew how to get and keep a client. Plus the skill put up with the work and fair pricing, ASAP Rooter And Plumbing will surely be in my contacts from now on.

What I liked about their quick response and what was different about the flood of other responses to my request that I received, was that he walked me through some things to try, first. Just in case I didn't need a plumber.

Well, thanks to my old home having old plumbing, plans had to change. Collaboratively discussions and patiently showing me the what, why, how, and how much, helped me understand the reason for the changes so I could contemplate the increase confidently.

I would described Alonso as an efficient perfectionist. My kitchen and sink plumbing is perfect, and the interior and exterior wall repair work look amazing. TBH he did a little beyond what I expected.

So happy to have found ASAP Rooter & Plumbing. We did not have a clog or blockage, but was proactively taking preventive measures in preparation for a large celebration taking place the following day. It had been at least two years since we had someone hydro jet the clean out and we wanted to make sure there were no roots or build up in the line that may cause issues. God forbid the plumbing backs up when you have 80 guests or more at your home. I found a couple plumbers with nice ads, low cost to run a camera through the line, etc. Reasonable pre-quote if hydro jetting or a snake was required. However, once they took a look (mind you, our drains were clear and running like Niagara Falls) the price was triple the advertised amount.
The second guy to come out, and once again I explained our goal - he wanted to charge $1700. Went on and on about all types of services which my husband knew was totally unnecessary. Three times is the charm. Christian at ASAP heard me out, knew where I was coming from - he actually listened! I was quoted a very decent price for what we required, and Alonzo was at my door within the hour. Checked and cleared the clean out, checked both bathrooms, made sure everything was flowing smoothly. Great customer service, and above all HONEST. No unnecessary upselling. Thank you Christian and Alonzo! God Bless!

Let me start by saying I am a fully licensed home baker, so when my kitchen sink gets clogged, it can create havoc in my workspace and needs to get addressed asap. Christian was quick to answer his phone and upon scheduling our appointment (which was made urgently after we spoke) he scheduled his technician Alonzo to come out and take a look at the issue (same day). Alonzo arrived on time and ended up having to snake my kitchen sink and also the drain for the washer (food was backing up from the sink to the washer drain and spilling out all over my floor). He was able to fix the issue quickly (within an hour) and even helped me wipe down some of the walls and floor behind the washer (where the dirty water spilled out).

I can now get back to business quickly, thanks to their immediate response and without it putting me behind on my orders.

I will save their number for the future and will refer them to anyone else who needs a good plumber. Thanks guys!

Christian called me within minutes of my request. We set up an appointment and he called me the day of, to let me know when he would get to my house based on traffic. He immediately diagnosed my problem and was able to fix and explain his work. For my particular project, his work came with a 3 year warranty. He also had several other recommendations. Very easy to work with, and I feel confident my stuff is getting fixed right!
