Living with a teenage boy, we had a very sudden, pretty serious plumbing issue that needed more attention then my skills could provide. I reached out to two big box plumbers that supposedly had 24/7 service. Did not hear from them for 2 hours. I reached out to a recommended company from a friend, but they were just too far geographically. They recommended ASAP Rooter. The owner responded immediately to my texts and made arrangements to take care of our issue. Showed up when promised and resolved our issue immediately!!! Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends and family!!! p.s.... 24 hours later and the big name plumbers have not even returned my message for 'emergency service call needed' This company has got my business and recommendations going forward!

Was recommended this company from a neighbor. Last time we listen to neighbors. Quoted all in for a water heater installation ended up doubling the price afterwards. The tech rushed through the installation and had it done within an hour, but still charged almost $500 for labor alone. Left standing water in our garage that ruined boxes and did not even remove the old water heater. Tech seemed to be in a rush and was abrasive.

Had a blockage in my kitchen drain he started out by saying it looks very complicated and may take up to 3 hours possibly have to rip open the walls and thus would cost $550, in the end it was simple and only took 45 minutes but he still charged me $475...i would steer clear of these guys they will over charge you especially if you are in a jam...

Both of my toilets flooded everywhere on Christmas morning. Called A bunch of big name plumbers like Roto Rooter and Rapid Rooter who wanted to charge me out the Wazoo because it was Christmas Day. But ASAP Rooter came out quickly and got the job taken care of and they were still affordable. Will definitely be using their services in the future and recommending to all of my friends and family.
