After years in various leadership roles within the home improvement sector, Tammy decided to focus on bathroom remodeling in the San Antonio area. Tammy partnered with Louis Garcia to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions. Together, their knowledge in home repair is unparalleled. Before, there was an concept. During the construction surge in the area, Tammy observed that newly built homes were made with inferior materials and shoddy workmanship; this was not the only issue. This left the community in desperate of improvement solutions in San Antonio. She had a passionate spirit and was actively participating in design and home aesthetics, realizing that the people she met needed home repairs done quickly. He was able to handle all the home improvement tasks efficiently. This realization led Tammy to understand they were onto something. As a result, ASAP was created.

Co-Founder and Vice President Louis Garcia, equipped with a degree from Texas A&M, spent a significant time in executive management for food companies. However, engineering and drafting were his true passion in drafting. Having served in the US Army, Louis was part of the 584th Engineer Company. In his youth, he was employed by his stepfather, gaining skills in designing custom decks and handyman trades as a side gig for 20 years. Louis collaborated with other home improvement companies, conducting total home renovations and creating custom decks on homes that were up for resale. Louis also witnessed firsthand how the quality of home renovation experts and skilled home improvement services had declined. Consequently, he partnered with Tammy G Shockey in 1998 to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions, offering not just a handyman service but comprehensive home improvement in Texas.
