After years in various management roles within the home improvement sector, our founder, Tammy decided to concentrate on kitchen remodeling in the San Antonio area. Tammy collaborated with Louis Garcia to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions. Together, their experience in home repair is unmatched. In the beginning, there was an idea. During the housing boom in the area, she observed that houses being constructed were made with low-quality materials and poor workmanship; this was not the only issue. This left the community in desperate of handyman services in San Antonio. Tammy had a driven spirit and was deeply involved in design and home aesthetics, realizing that the clients she met needed home repairs done efficiently. He was able to execute all the kitchen remodeling swiftly. This realization led her to understand they were onto a great idea. Thus, ASAP was created.

Louis Garcia, Co-Founder and Vice President, equipped with a degree from Texas A&M, spent several years in management for the food industry. However, he found his true passion in drafting. While serving in the US Army, he was part of the 584th Engineer Company. At a young age, Louis was employed by his stepfather, gaining skills in designing custom decks and repair trades as a side gig for two decades. He collaborated with other home improvement companies, performing total home renovations and creating custom decks on homes that were up for resale. He too witnessed firsthand how the quality of home renovation experts and qualified home improvement services had deteriorated. Consequently, he collaborated with Tammy in 1998 to establish ASAP Renovating Solutions, providing not just a handyman service but total home improvement in San Antonio.
