We were told by another septic company during an inspection that our septic was bad and needed to be completely replaced. We called ASAP septic(ASAP poop) to get a quote on how much the job would cost. During the process of getting the quote Scott determined that the whole system didn't need to be replaced and we just needed to replace a few other parts. Scott and his team at ASAP septic did an amazing job and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. Also they dealt with the health department for us so we didn't have to. I can't possibly recommend a company more than this company. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous. And as I said, saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks Scott, any other septic issues we have in the future we will definitely be calling you first.

Horrible company. Had multiple appointments with them and they kept calling me to re-schedule for really bad reasons. I think they only have 1 truck and 1 driver as most of the excuses were the truck broke down or that the driver was sick.

The owner is a real jerk who doesn't understand customer service. Whoever he has calling to collect is a real B*tch who will not answer questions, just yells at you that you just have to pay. I really hope they go out of business as they do not deserve the income.

Do not use this company. They lie about how much they are going to charge you and take at least 3 weeks to actually keep an appt. They refuse to give you documentation about how much they remove and or allow you to see what they already had in the tank before they start pumping, so they can charge you more than what they should. Please note they are not a BBB member and they do not provide good service. Grubb's is a much better business to use as they are more reliable and will actually do the job as requested.

Do not ever use this company. The owner of the business after starting working on my septic system told me he gets 450$ for a service call. He told me every time I come to your house it will cost you 450$. He agreed on a price and then changed it. He became mad and refused to complete the job when asked for a receipt. I had paid him in full on the agreed upon price when he came and checked the pump originally. He would not come out, was constantly making excuses and refusing to finish a job that was paid in full. He then acted like I was the problem and I'm a customer who is unable to be satisfied. All I asked is for the Work to be done that was paid. He is shady and dishonest.

Called got a real person on the phone. Instead of a machine. Was able to schedule me for next morning pump out.

Awful reliability. Set up an appointment and got a call that their truck broke down and rescheduled for a week later. Do you only have 1 truck and 1 driver? Appointment for the next week is at 4 so I arrive at the location in advance and wait for an hour and a half. Called the office and receptionist has no idea where the driver is and rudely offers to ""text"" them and call whenever they reply. She calls me back a half hour later asking if it's ok that the driver shows up in another hour. I say no and refuse business and leave the house. We get 4 calls while we are driving home and the driver says he can be at the house in 5 minutes, so we turn around and wait at the house for another half hour! We decide to once again leave the house, furious at this point. A receive yet another call from the driver shouting at us asking where we are and that he's waiting for us. Very poor customer service and VERY unreliable. I'm disappointed in myself for even waiting that long! Avoid if you can.
