Within the past three weeks, ASAP has twice worked for us to 1) install a new toilet, and 2) repair a leak in a bathroom sink. They advised an approximate time when the serviceman would arrive, and he did. It was efficient, effective and professional service. Based on these projects, the work involved and cost, we recommend ASAP.

If there were 10 stars I would award them to this plumber. He came when I called and returned to finish the job the next day as he promised. The new sink looks great and his tearing out the old one and and installing the new one was fast and reasonably priced.

This is a great company. I manage several rental properties in the Wenatchee area. Anytime a tenant has a plumbing issue, ASAP is out within 24 hours or same day. He is familiar with older buildings and the snarky plumbing problems that arise with them. Always professional and fairly priced. Tenants have always been happy with the work performed and we will continue to use ASAP plumbing as our go-to plumber.

I am so upset by this company right now. I called two weeks ago to get an appointment to get my dishwasher installed. I had a contractor come over and rip out a cabinet in preparation. I get a call this morning to confirm my appointment and they say ""By the way, there is a $140 service charge to drive to Leavenworth from Wenatchee."" Do these people know where leavenworth is? I drive back and forth 4 days a week and it's not a huge deal. I understand a service charge but $140 seems excessive. It's also incredibly unprofessional to drop that on a customer 30 minutes before an appointment. Now I have a ripped apart kitchen and will be hand washing dishes over the holiday. Look elsewhere for a plumber.
