Ah, I see a theme here. I too had this company sent by my HW. Of course my issue wasn't covered but he'd do the repair for $5,200.00! Yippee, NOT! He said all my pipes had burst due to the freeze. Gee, my home inspector said everything was fine, no leaks, a month ago. Now they all burst? In April? Thank you no. I called the HW company the next day, I've been w/o water now 4 days. They finally relented and sent another plumber. For $160 I have water!! No burst pipes...however, ASAP left the water on unbeknownst to me and flooded my basement. HW refused to get involved. I had to file against ASAP carrier. Almost a month later and my basement, while now dry, is torn apart from having the flood and the insurance carrier has paid up. On the bright side...I have water and he didn't get $5,200.00 from me!! Oh, ASAP took my $75 fee and never reported it too.. Moral of the story; hide your plumbing and your wallet from ASAP!

When my upstairs bathtub started leaking, I was referred to him by my home warranty. He came over the following day, which was great, but because the problem was going to require more work, we rescheduled to have him back 2 weeks later (since we were going out of town). In order to get access to the leak, I had to remove my sink and cabinets (or pay him out of pocket, since my home warranty won't pay to gain access to the issue), so he could cut a hole in the wall to access the plumbing. Once we got back from our trip, I called to confirm the appointment for the following day and he said we were still good to go. The next day came and after I left a message wondering where he was for my scheduled appointment, I got a call asking to push it out to Saturday (the following day), so I said that was fine. I got a call on Saturday saying he couldn't make it again, so he pushed it to Monday. By this point I'm a little frustrated, as I have a sink sitting in my bedroom. Monday comes around and he's a no-call, no-show. I left a message and didn't hear back. Tuesday comes and I leave him another message. I finally call my home warranty to get someone else, but they say they will try to reach someone from his office first. The tell me that I will get a call that day, so an hour later the guy finally calls me and explains that he had other ""emergencies"", so he forgot about me. Wow, that's sure makes it seem like my issue is important! It's not like my wife and I have been sleeping with a sink in our room; not to mention we have 3 other roommates, so all 5 of us are sharing a 3/4 bathroom downstairs! Yeah, we can wait another week, why not?! FINALLY he comes on Wed. when my wife is there, only to tell her that he can't fix anything because the tub is rusted and we need a new bathtub...but he'll do that for us for only $1,000 labor! So ridiculous!! Don't get stuck with a situation like ours; just find another plumber. And to top it off, he took all our old piping and tub shoe away, probably to sell the metal or reuse somewhere else. Final thought: find another plumber.

I woke up to my hot water heater leaking. I called several plumbing contractors and only got a ""we'll call you back"" recording. I came to ASAP Plumbing and omg! I got a real person, I couldnt believe it. Anyway, the answering service transferred me to the owner and he came out personally out. He wasnt able to do anything at 3am but get the spraying water under control, but assured me when the supply house opened he would be back and install me a new water heater. Scott pulled back in my driveway at 720 am, removed my old water heater, installed my new one and hauled off the old one....all before 10 am!
