We noticed a leak in one of the pipes in our front yard. Roland was able to come out and evaluate and fix the leak immediately. Thank goodness for his quick response and timely action. We have small children, so having the main water valve shut off is not an ideal situation for us. Roland evaluated the issue and provided professional guidance in what we could do to prevent any future leaks with our old pipes. Due to this, we no longer have to worry about any future leaks. Our water heater went out and after calling several plumbing services I received a very quick response from ASAP PLUMBING SOLUTIONS. They said they could come to see what needed to be done and give us a estimate. I received other call backs but they could not come out for 2 or 3 day's which we all know that when we have a plumbing issue waiting 2 or 3 day's would be horrible. But ASAP PLUMBING SOLUTIONS were at my home in about 45 minutes after the time I spoke with them and this was in the late evening, That is when I met two of the nicest guy's Roland and Kevin they went to look and see what the issue was with our water heater. After seeing what the problem was and discussing with us our options We decided to remove our water heater and have a tankless water heater installed. And then they got right to work removing the old water heater and making sure everything was ready for the next morning because by now it was late. They showed up the next morning and got to work. They did a wonderful job and are just the nicest guys. We had an issue were we had no hot water in our shower NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK THEY HAD DONE. But I called them and they came out the next morning and fixed that issue for us also. I will always have thier number on speed dial because I know I can count on this company 100%.
