Just had them do a hot water tank. I called 4 places, these guys were comparable price and the only ones that were able to get out that same day. They said they would be there between 11 and 1. They called at 10:30 and said they were on the way and showed up just before 11. They worked quickly, but did a very good job. Exactly what I would hope for when in need of this type of work.

I was out of town for the holidays and came home yesterday to no water in the toilet tank in my master bathroom. The first plumber I called couldn't send someone out until Monday afternoon. Since that wasn't going to work, I kept looking. After reading the reviews on ASAP Plumbing, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. Not only did they send someone out the next day (Sunday), there wasn't an extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. The tech, Nanko, diagnosed AND fixed the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. I will definitely be using ASAP Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

These guys are great because they do what they say they are going to do. They did a lot of work at my house on their first visit - stopping several faucet leaks, fixing a slow shower and installing 2 new toilets.

The shower developed a leak a day or two after the work was done and they gladly replaced the bad part. Overall they have been out to my house 3 times. They were on time every time and had a good attitude every time, even when they were doing warranty work.

We had a clogged drain. I paid a craigslist handyman $80 to come fix it and they were unable to repair. ASAP had it fixed within 15 minutes, and they were available on Sunday. They arrived right when they said they would and were very professional.

I called to get an estimate to fix my shower and kitchen valves since they were not getting hot like the rest of the house. The man that answers didnt give his name but i still scheduled the only time they had for the next day, 11am to 1pm.
Next day comes, i get off work and get home at 11am. Two hours later, nobody shows up. Called that the man (still doesnt give his name) says he was sorry and had no idea what happened to the appointment. He offered to come by early before i went to work at 7am the next morning and would call at 630am.
Next morning, no call but a man came at 7am and gave me the estimate. We agreed on a price and time the next day, 4-6pm and said they could do 5pm since that is the earliest we could be home. We agreed.
Get home at 5pm as agreed, no call nor nobody showed up. I called twice to reach and got a voicemail and never got a call back. I am very disappointed that this place has no customer service nor any respect of time or my business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have had these guys out twice. Once for a water heater, and again for replacement of a couple of shut off valves under the sink. Both times they arrived the same day and made the repair every quickly. Very courteous and efficient!

My experience with ASAP plumbing was top notch. They were on time and worked quickly. I needed a water softener, water heater, and two toilets installed. Everything was done professionally and cleanly. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

After getting assigned two poorly reviewed plumbing companies by my homeowners insurance company, I decided to do some research and find a highly reviewed plumber and pay out of pocket. I found ASAP Plumbing on Yelp and was given a reasonable quote ($99 to fix a clogged toilet).

I called and got an appointment within 24 hours. My appointment was scheduled for 4-6PM. I am glad I was home because the plumbers arrived a half hour early ... unannounced. The plumbers worked on the toilet for a little more than 20 minutes and told the problem was unfixable. The plumber was apologetic when he recommended a new toilet. I only hope he was being honest and not trying to upsale me on more services.

While I am not at all satisfied with the result of the service received, I will be fair and give ASAP Plumbing four stars based on their response time and courteous demeanor. These are traits that most companies do not have.

I'm a fan of your work! You gave me an estimated price and stay with it; even though it took you two additional hours to complete the job. Not only did Nick find the leak, he found two! Fix both with a minimum amount of damage and left the place clean so I could make the repairs to the foundation, flooring and dry wall. He even insisted on vacuuming after sweeping up, to ensure what dust was left was sucked up.
