UPDATE: as mentioned below we had our toilet stuck down and the shower unable to lift the trap... which made it super inconvenient for any plumber. The next day after ASAP plumbing declogged it, we actually got backed up again ? had to call one of those Asian uncles to pry off the toilet and he cleared it up afterwards once and for all! So overall we had to redo the job but it was a disadvantaged job in the first place ....

We had a wonderful experience with ASAP Plumber Bros for our TOUGH plumbing job. It's a family business, so I know they take immense pride in their work!

We had a plumbing/toilet fiasco on a Saturday night where the toilet was backing up into the shower and wouldn't work with our drain/plumbing attempts (a small drain snake was no match, but of course, we aren't pros). We were able to schedule for Sunday afternoon.

Donald came, and he was awesome. We had some contracting work where our toilet, sink, and shower drain were grouted down, which makes a plumber's job a nightmare!

But after each obstacle, he creatively found a way to fix the toilet and repair our shower as well. His expertise and determination were truly impressive.

Pricing was fair for an hourly rate, he got the tough and dirty job done in just 2.5 hours.

He also took the time to educate me about what was going on, what he found, and how to best upkeep our pipes to ensure they don't corrode with Drain-o, and how to rid them of organic material.

We greatly appreciated Donald's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to solving our problem. Such a great experience--would recommend them 100%! If you need reliable and skilled plumbers, look no further than ASAP Plumber Bros!

Was doing the laundry Sunday morning when I noticed the sink in the laundry room start to fill up. Immediately thought there was a clog in the sink but I realized that this would require some professional help as the clog was pretty much deeper than what I could handle myself.

Browsed on Yelp really fast and found ASAP and decided to give them a call. Someone answered right away and scheduled an appointment for 1.5 hrs later. Donald came on time and gave different options after diagnosing that I had a clog in a common pipe with the kitchen. Went to work in the kitchen and cleared the clog in under an hour.

I'm thankful for the prompt reply and even faster service. This was no nonsense in terms of work and pricing. If we have any plumbing issues again in the future, we'll definitely give ASAP a call.

ASAP lives up to its name and took care of an absolute emergency. We came home in the evening from a vacation to find the entire house backed up. Other services would only come through next morning, but Donald from ASAP came within an hour. They do charge time and a half for after hours, but I think that's understandable . I also like the two week guarantee, which I hope is not needed but provides peace of mind.

Donald diagnosed the issue with my toilet, found a good deal on a new one for me, picked it up, installed it, and cleaned up spotlessly in just a few hours. I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink on Saturday afternoon, and Donald came right away Monday morning to take a look. He was friendly, on-time, and communicated what the issue was and got it fixed right away! He even took a look at a lose bathroom faucet and tightened it up for me. He showed up with all the tools he he needed and put everything back under the sink once he was done. Will definitely use ASAP Plumbing in the future, and highly recommend Donald!

We rent and our house is old. One of our toilets was leaking from the base and filling the floor with water. I called and someone came out that night (Don). We also asked him to check our upstairs toilet and upstairs clogged bathroom sink. He did. This turned out to be a bigger job. He came out the next morning and fixed the two toilets then found that the clogged sink will need a new pipe and snaked it 20/30ft. The pipes are old and rusted so he really did come through (his dad also came to help so Don can go to another job. I love a family business). I just have to say how happy I am I called. I had a good gut feeling when I found them on Yelp and they really are trustworthy. They spent half the day making sure they got it all fixed. Worth calling them.

He fixed the problem with fart efficiency and was super professionalism. Dispatch and Donald kept us informed of time of arrival. Problem was assessed and solution was discussed. Price was discussed.

Problem was fixed and we can move on with our day.

My shower was occasionally spitting out some sort of black debris, figured something must've been wrong with my water tank. Asked around for quotes and ASAP Plumbing Pros were the cheapest and it seems like they have excellent ratings. Don came out and diagnosed my issue, he suggested to flush the water tank. He got the entire procedure done within an hour! The price was extremely reasonable and my shower no longer spits out black stuff. Would definitely give them another call if I have anymore plumbing issues.
