I am sorry to leave this negative review. I called on Saturday and explained both verbally and with images that I texted that I had a problem with my sewer ejector. Unfortunately, ASAP connected me with a contract plumber who had experience with sump pumps (not sewer ejectors). Of course these are quite different. He was a super nice guy, arrived on time and worked very hard but he was not able to properly fix the issue. Of course I paid him for his time but when I called ASAP to explain what happened and that I had to hire another plumber to finish the job properly, they said that they were very sorry. Seems like ASAP could have said something like ""we appreciate this feedback and will make sure to be better at triage of incoming calls when someone says sewer ejector in the future"".

Also, their plumbing contractor should have been more honest when he initially inspected the sewer ejector and should not have started the job since he had 0 experience with this device (Liberty Grinder Pump, ProVore 380).

Out of all the businesses I contacted, they were the quickest to respond and stopped by my home within a couple of hours. Donald saw the issue and gave a discounted price as a new customer, which I appreciate! We had a sewer clog/toilet leakage and Donald repaired it quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues!

I called ASAP on a Saturday afternoon for a toilet clog and a leaking toilet bowl bottom which caused leaks to the basement.
Crystal was very helpful from initial phone call. She immediately dispatched the person to help with estimated arrival in 5 minutes.

Donald arrived on time. He immediately texted & called me explaining the anticipated work options and costs. He handled the work efficiently with the tenants. He kept me up to date with what he was doing and provided pictures/videos. He completed the work in less than 1-1/2 hrs. He even replaced the deteriorating wax ring after lifting the toilet bowl to complete the work.

I had a blocked kitchen sink and called to get the service. Crystal answered the phone with such professionalism and got me the same day appointment. Within 20 minutes from my call to Crystal, I got a text that Donald is on his way and should arrive within 15 minutes, that is super fast! When Donald arrived he greeted with such professionalism, he took precautions by wearing shoe cover and performed his work with extreme cleanliness. He took care of the blockage in no time. He wiped everything down with cleaning solution after he was done like nothing had ever happened. He also educated me on what type of solution I need to use to maintain the health of the pipe and drainage to prevent any future blockages. Donald and his company provide awesome services the price are very reasonable and the work performed came with a warranty. He is my go to person every time I have a plumbing issues/problems. I highly recommend using Donald's company for all your plumbing needs. As I am definitely recommending him to all my friends and families!

Highly recommend this company! Their response was immediate, and they could have had someone come the day I called but I wasn't going to be home. They accommodated my time the next day, and they kept in touch. We had Donald and he showed up exactly the time he said he would and was so nice! My bathtub was not draining, and he fixed it immediately, and worked with me on everything from payment to suggestions on how to prevent future issues. Donald and his company are responsive, punctual, fixed our problem immediately and effectively, and I won't use anyone other than them now! Definitely recommend, especially if you want something done fast; they chose a perfect name for their company it really is ASAP. And they genuinely want to help you and not rip you off like so many other people do. So friendly, thank you again Donald for working with me and fixing the bathtub!

Wow! This company is wonderful! I called them at around 3:30 p.m. on a weekday, asking if by any chance they could come by that evening, since I work business hours away from home. There was a minor issue with my toilet--not an emergency, but something I wouldn't have time to deal with for another week or two.

To my surprise, the dispatcher said they could send someone out between 5:00 and 7:00 that evening.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m., Donald texted to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived at the very start of the two-hour time window. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a less expensive or a more expensive option, with the more expensive one extending the life of my toilet. I went with the more expensive option since it didn't cost too much more, and Donald finished the work in forty minutes.

Donald was friendly, fast, and good at explaining things. I've found my new plumbing company!
