Linda L.On March 12, 2021 ASAP Plumbing came and unstopped our sewer line, which he did, but said we had a broken pipe that would need to be dug up and replaced and he (Austin) did not have the equipment on his truck to do the job. We paid the bill and he said we would get a call with a bid to do the the rest of the work. He sat out toilet over the hole unconnected since they would be back in a few days to finish so fumes wouldn't leak out and we could still use it. We waited two weeks and after numerous calls and being told they'd get back to us, it is obvious they don't want to finish the job. It is now April 12, 2021 and still no answer. So, ASAP Plumbing if you're reading this don't bother calling. We are done with you. Your employee was great but you suck. No recommendation here.
