Discovered water around the toilet that had leaked through to the bedroom next door and was dripping into the basement. Called 4 Plumbing places but no one was available for at least 5 days. Jerry at ASAP Plumbing on a Thursday evening, and Jerry was here early Friday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was done in an hour. Incredibly friendly, professional. I called ASAP plumbing after a week of trying to find help through friends to replace my water heater. I should have called Jerry at ASAP plumbing right away. He fit me in his busy schedule, picked up my water heater from where I purchased it and showed up at the time he told me he would be at my home the next morning. He was professional, quick, and definitely knew what he was doing. Jerry's prices were extremely fair for his level of knowledge as a master plumber. He removed my old water heater, cleaned up the work area, and answered a lot of my questions about maintenance and yearly upkeep. I called ASAP Plumbing on a Friday morning based on a referral from a neighbor. He arrived within a few hours and gave us a very reasonable estimate for an old drum trap that was leaking in our basement. He noticed our tub drain was also slowly leaking above due to an error from a previous plumber - an observation that might have been more an issue down the road if he hadn't caught it. Our house is over 100 years old, and repairs never seem to be simple. Jerry showed up promptly Monday morning, and everything was repaired and cleaned up by lunchtime. Jerry was professional and efficient. We would not hesitate to call him anytime we need a plumber.
