I am livid. We had an emergency situation, and they were quick to come out. Unfortunately, they left behind so much damage, and they refused to compensate us. They broke our water valve, and left a leak on our basement floor, which affected our finished side as well. There was a disgusting sludge in our shower, and we were told to ""flush it"" back down the drain. But how can we do that if we had no water. we called the company, and were told they had ""good work ethics"". But basically , they left us in a lurch. I do not recommend.

It is not easy to find a reliable plumber. I am glad I found ASAP. They responded quickly, scheduled the appointment immediately, arrived on time, worked quickly/professionally and completed the work for a reasonable price. I will continue to work with ASAP and recommend them.

Not long after buying a new condo my kitchen sink starting leaking. I was referred to ASAP Plumbing & HVAC, Inc. by another condo owner in my building. Upon the first call to them the receptionist was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my issue quickly. The technician that came out was also pleasant, knowledgeable and adhered to wearing a mask and shoe covers. It turns out I needed a new faucet. The technician ran out to get a new one and came back and installed it.
I'm a very satisfied customer. I will use ASAP for future plumbing needs.

ASAP plumbing handles our condo building water and sewer work. I am having renovations done to my condo and Ohla and Alex really helped me out by scheduling the water shut off and working with me on the date and time. Ohla even worked after hours to help me get the work scheduled. They were courteous and easy to work with.
